  • EXCLUSIVE: FIRST PICTURES OF ‘BUCKINGHAM PALACE’ BUILT BY TAX FRAUDSTER IN PAKISTAN These are the first pictures of a Pakistani ‘Buckingham Palace’ which now lies empty after allegedly being built by a UK fraudster. Previous aerial images of Mohammed Suleman Khan’s palatial property did not show the true extent of the jailed tax dodger’s dreams. Khan was caged in April 2014 for four years over a tax fraud of £450,000. He was sentenced to a further ten years in 2016 for refusing to pay back £2.2million. But it’s nearly 4,000 miles away in the Pakistani town of Ghorgushti, 50 miles from the capital Islamabad, Khan’s ambitions still resonate with the community, many of whom have close links to the UK. There on a two-acre site a huge construction lies mostly deserted complete with high walls and imposing turrets. According to locals in the town – known as ‘mini London’ because of its strong links to the UK – Khan allegedly bought the site for his palace around eight years ago. However, since his jailing the site has remained unfinished and become a ‘no-go area’ with around a dozen armed security guards around it. When police first investigated Khan they uncovered blueprints for a ‘Buckingham Palace’ like building in Pakistan. Plans reportedly showed a cinema, library and servants’ quarters, and private security accommodation. It was estimated the construction would have cost £2.3million, although there has been no official record of ownership. Now the luxurious surroundings of the palace appear remain but without a resident ‘Don’ as locals said Khan was known to inhabit them. One neighbor said: “If you try to get into or jump from the wall they will shoot you, they often do aerial firing at night too.” The compound is closed with wooden panels barring the front gate, it has minaret security towers on each corner, which is not unusual in such big compounds elsewhere in Pakistan. • EXCLUSIVE: Cheryl Ladd proves she gets better with age in these photographs taken ten years apart of her striking the iconic Charlie’s Angels pose. The 67-year-old actress — who was brought in to replace Farrah Fawcett in the 1970s TV show — recreated the classic look alongside charity cohorts Lisa O’Hurley, 46 — the wife of Seinfeld actor John O’Hurley — and U.S. news presenter Megyn Kelly, 48. The ladies joined forces once again at the 15th Annual Childhelp Drive The Dream Gala on February 2 at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona — the same event where they first struck the Angels pose ten years ago. Cheryl — who played private eye Kris Munroe on the hit American show, the sister of Fawcett’s character, after the actress quit following the first season — looked stunning in a deep V-neck black, long-sleeve, floor-length dress. An insider at the event revealed how the three ‘real life angels’ caused a stir on account of how youthful they appeared. The source said: ‘They thought it would be fun to recreate the photo that they took at the ball in 2009, and when you compare the two pictures, they actually look better now. Everyone wants to know what their secret is.’ Megyn, who parted ways with American network NBC last year and received a reported $35 million payout — also wowed in a black and gold sequin gown. Lisa, meanwhile, turned on the glamor in a classic black off-the-shoulder mermaid dress, teamed with a sparkling diamond choker necklace. The trio helped raised $4million at the gala, which Lisa said would go to help ‘profoundly abused and neglected children’. The Childhelp organization was also celebrating its Diamond Jubilee, marking 60 years dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse since 1959. Megyn — who received an award from Childhelp back in 2009 for her work as a Fox News anchor covering the subject of child abuse — said at the event: ‘I’ve been working with Childhelp for about a dozen

  • May 1, 2019 - Brussels, North Brabant, Belgium - May 1st, Brussels. A series of festivities are held throughout the week to celebrate 150 years of the tram. On Wednesday, a large parade brought together more than 40 trams of all eras, tracing their history from the horse-drawn trams of the first years to the trams 3,000 and 4,000 that circulate today in the streets of Brussels. The Tram Museum mobilized more than a hundred volunteers to run the Trams Parade. Also, some ten historic vicinal vehicles from all over the country, including a steam tram, were exhibited on Place Royale. But the star of this exhibition was the model of the new TNG tram (the New Generation Tram), currently under construction and whose first copies will circulate on the streets of Brussels in 2020. • April 29, 2019 - Siv Kladenetc, Bulgaria - A view of destroyed and abandoned homes in almost depopulated Bulgarian village of Siv kladenetc, located in south Bulgaria, just few hundred meters of Bulgarian - Greek border. The village was depopulated a few years ago because of socio-economic situation in the country and region then. Bulgaria has the lowest average salary in the EU - 575 Euro, the lowest wage - 260 Euro and the smallest average pension - 190 Euro. The result of that values is that more than 40 per cent of Bulgarians are at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The country is also leader in the prevalence of corruption that exhaust and discourages buisness and repels foreign investors. Over 570 Bulgarian villages have no population or less than ten inhabitants and in the 164 villages there are no inhabitants, according to the National statistical institute, as of the December 31, 2018. Because of demographic crisis over the last 17 years the closed schools are 1084. Photo by: /Impact Press Group/NurPhoto (Credit Image: © Impactpressgroup.Org/NurPhoto via ZUMA Press)

  • The spot where golfer Tiger Woods was picked up for suspected DUI. He was arrested just south of Indian Creek Road, on Military Trail, heading south, in Jupiter, Florida. Woods was arrested driving just a few miles from his Florida home and the town where he owns a sports bar at 3am on Monday morning. Locals say the 41-year-old mult-millionaire golfer is a regular visitor to The Woods, Jupiter, which is a ten minute drive from his home at Hobe Sound. It is not known whether he had been there on the night of his arrest. Only last week, Woods expressed his desire to return to competition after his recent back surgery. Police said he was seen driving erratically and apparently ‘arrogant’ after being pulled over. It is not known if he was alone in his 2015 Mercedes or if he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In August 2015, he opened a restaurant at Harbourside Place, which is a modern upscale sports bar. It boasts of being a place to ‘celebrate like a champion.' The 14-time major champion has not played since he withdrew from the Dubai Desert Classic on Feb. 3. Woods, who has earned more than $110 million on Tour with 79 victories since 1996, has played in just one event this year and pulled out of The Masters. Woods’ clean-cut image came apart on Thanksgiving night 2009 when then-wife Elin Nordegren chased him out of their $2.4 million Florida mansion with a golf club after learning of his serial cheating. Woods crashed his car, opening the floodgates of stories about his wild sexcapades. He eventually entered rehab for sex addiction. Woods and Nordegren’s divorce was finalized in 2010. 29 May 2017 Pictured: location of Tiger Woods arrest. Photo credit: Michele Eve Sandberg / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com +1 888 505 6342

• May 1, 2019 - Matochina, Bulgaria - A view of Bukelon fortress near the village of Matochina in Southeastern Bulgaria. Bukelon is the best-preserved fortress of the late Middle Ages in today's Bulgarian lands. The local population is trying to keep this unique fortress from the raids of people living in the nearby villages that break it down to build houses. Tens of years ago, many of the houses in the region were built with stones from the fortress, after which a program to preserve it began, and now many people have decided to take stones from there to build houses, fences and other buildings. Local residents also worry about the raids of refugees coming from Turkey because the fortress and the village are about 500 meters from the border. The height of the remains of the tower is about 18 meters and they represent a magnificent view, filling the panorama of the region. The tourist flow in the area has been drastically reduced due to their concerns about refugee entry and the danger of the collapse of the fortress as a result of its indiscriminate long-standing demolition. On April 14, 1205, the Adrianople battle took place in which Tsar Kaloyan's armies defeated the knights of the Fourth Crusade and captured the master of the Latin Empire Baldwin I Flanders. • April 28, 2018 - London, UK. 28th April 2018. Unite workers pose with a large poster 'Remember the Dead. Fight for the Living' at the start of the International Workers’ Memorial Day rally at the statue of a building worker on Tower Hill remembering all those killed at work, around 500 in the last ten years, mainly in the construction industry, as well as those injured, disabled and made unwell, almost all in preventable incidents. The actual number of work-related deaths is several orders of magnitude greater, estimated at over 150 per day, but the official figures only include those actually killed at work for which accident reports have been submitted - and not for example the 18,000 that die years after exposure from work-related cancers. The Government 'red tape initiative' has resulted in fewer and less rigorous safety inspections and the removal of many important safety checks that protect workers. At the centre of the event was a coffin with a pair of empty boots and a hard hat, and after the speeches by Peter Kavanagh, secretary London & Eastern Region Unite, Helen Clifford, a solicitor working on workplace deaths, Moyra Samuels of Justice4Grenfell and Gail Cartmel, Assistant General Secretary Unite, wreaths were laid and there was a period of silence before black balloons were released, one for each worker killed this year in the construction industry. • Australian celebrities came out tonight for Believe Advertising’s 16th birthday bash at the city’s famed, The Flamingo Lounge. Tonight, Tim Dormer, Social Media stars Alli Simpson, Miranda Kerr’s chef Kate McAloon and Celebrity Psychic Kerrie Erwin and others all came together to celebrate Believe Advertising’s 16th Birthday! Under one roof, celebrities gathered and sipped on cocktails made with Vantage Australia & Hemp OZ’s sparkling water infused with ginger, lemon and hemp oil with Hemp Oz’s hemp kombuchas also on offer. With this year’s theme being sweet sixteen, there were a few tasty surprises including a mouth watering Byron Bay Cookie buffet. Believe Advertising was created by Adrian Falk when he was just 24 years old, after returning home from New York while working in advertising and PR. Armed with just self-belief and nothing more than the Yellow Pages, Adrian started his business from cold calling clients, aptly naming his company Believe Advertising. The agency has been responsible for working with tennis sensation, Novak Djokovic on for SEIKO and Head Tennis while also introducing international luxury brand FURLA to Australia. Believe also launched ASM Liquor’s, VODKAO, and has had the pleasure of working with the alcohol brand for the past ten years. Fast forward to today, VODKAO is now the third best-selling vodka in Australia with Believe Advertising increasing the brand’s awareness over the past decade with its creative PR strategies and events. During a successful 16 years in business, Believe Advertising is also responsible for the rise and success of Vantage Australia, Australia’s first spirit. Within 6 months, Believe Advertising took an unknown spirit and put it on the Aussie map, resulting in the brand being stocked across duty free and Dan Murphy stores country wide and being sold inflight on QANTAS’s Skymall Shopping. Vantage Australia went on to become an international award winner, proudly accepting the 2017 San Fran

This collection looks back, but also forward \u2013 it explores the codes of the brand, the identity I\u2019ve built up over the ten years since my first show. • August 17, 2016 - Aleppo, Syria - HOMELESS: Five-year-old wounded Syrian boy OMRAN DAQNEESH sits alone and silent, with a bloodied face sitting in the back of an ambulance after he sustained injuries during an airstrike. Daqneesh was injured, in an alleged Russian Air Force strike on the rebel-held al-Qaterji neighborhood of Aleppo. Omran suffered a wound to his head and was taken to a hospital known as M10 and later discharged. Daqneesh was rescued with his parents and three siblings, then aged one, six, and ten. His 10-year-old brother, Ali, died on August 20, 2016, of his injuries. The apartment building collapsed shortly after the family was rescued. Eight people died in the air strike, including five children. Caked in dust, Omran is one of the thousands of Syrian children caught in an endless war. Aleppo, the northern Syrian city, for years has been a battleground between government and opposition forces in this endless Civil War. The eastern section, where civilians live in dire conditions, has been shredded by barrel bombs and airstrikes. Omran Daqneesh, silent and in shock in the back of an ambulance, the left side of his face is smeared with blood. He doesn’t make a sound. (Credit: © Mahmoud Rslan/Aleppo Media Center via ZUMA Wire)

  • Delighted TV star James Corden has scored his Christmas wish for his family - moving into his luxury mansion in Los Angeles. Corden has moved his family and new baby into the new home - even though workers are still adding the final touches to his renovations. The star made sure that the home had a festive feel too having workers put up decorations around his estate to make his family feel in the festive mood. Noticeable changes are the front of the home, where the torn up driveway lawn has now been replaced with pristine looking turf, understood to be drought resistant grass. Locals say that Corden had carpenters working on the upstairs of the home, along with the back garden. They are delighted that the builders and contractors have removed the giant unsightly rubbish cart, which was parked outside the property. The teams of workmen had been on a tight schedule given that the family were meant to have moved into the home in late September. Corden had hoped, when he bought the home in the spring, that his family would enjoy their first Christmas there - and that dream has come true. His wife Julia, who gave birth to their third child last week, has been overseeing the move from their rented home in Pacific Palisades. While Corden, host of the CBS Late Late Show, has been working, she has been instructing cleaners, electricians, landscapers and gardeners at the lavish home. The good news for Corden is that he had saved plenty of cash from the $10m house purchase. The shrewd entertainer negotiating a whopping $1.25m off its original asking price and has now used that saved cash to renovate his place. The former Gavin and Stacy actor is just two and half years into his run as a late night US TV host after locking in a five year deal. He publicly has said that he has no idea whether he will remain in Los Angeles, but his purchase and extensive renovation plans seem to indicate he is in for the long haul. The Hanging Temple is one of the main tourist attractions and historical sites in the Datong area. Built more than 1,500 years ago, this temple is notable not only for its location on a sheer precipice but also because it is the only existing temple with the combination of three Chinese traditional religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The structure is kept in place with oak crossbeams fitted into holes chiseled into the cliffs. The main supportive structure is hidden inside the bedrock. The monastery is located in the small canyon basin, and the body of the building hangs from the middle of the cliff under the prominent summit, protecting the temple from rain erosion and sunlight. Coupled with the repair of the dynasties, the color tattoo in the temple is relatively well preserved. On December 2010, it was listed in the Time magazine as the world's top ten most odd dangerous buildings. (Credit Image: © SIPA Asia via ZUMA Wire)
