Glenn was assigned to the USS Oklahoma on Dec. 7, 1941, which sustained fire from Japanese aircraft. The ship capsized after multiple torpedo hits, resulting in the deaths of more than 429 crew members at Ford Island in Pearl Harbor. Glenn is the 100th Oklahoma sailor identified through DNA analysis with the help of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and returned to his family for burial with full military honors. Toronto landscaper Bruce McArthur, 66, was charged with an additional three First-Degree Murders, on January, 29th, 2018, in addition to the two charges at the time of his arrest on January, 18th, 2018. Police have found the remains of three victims at one of 35 sites where McArthur had worked as a landscaper.
