  • Prince Philip is selling this custom Range Rover - just weeks after he crashed a different car. The Royal is selling the 4.4-litre Range Rover Autobiography, the car in which he drove former US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle during a visit to Windsor back in 2016. The used car - from 2016 and with just 3200 miles on the clock - is on the market for £129,850 GBP - more than a new model can cost. Jack Morgan-Jones, of Bramley Motor Cars, who is selling the vehicle, said: "It's such a beautiful example that has very low mileage and has been kept to the absolute highest of standards." The luxurious blue SUV features entertainment screens. It was previously equipped with extra features when belonging to the Royal Household - including specially adapted fixed side steps to enable Her Majesty The Queen to be able to access the rear passenger compartment more comfortably. The description reads: "The warning sticker for the siren, which was located in the engine compartment, remains as a hint to this Range Rover's previous life. "These items have since been removed following the vehicle being taken out of Royal Service." The car is not bulletproof. Prince Philip, 97, was not injured in a car crash in mid-January, which happened as he drove another Land Rover out of a driveway onto a main road close to the Queen's Sandringham estate. • EXCLUSIVE: Aerial view of country singer Taylor Swift's historic 5601-square foot Northumberland Estate in Nashville, Tennessee. She purchased the 1934 Greek Revival estate, worth an estimated $3 million, in June 2011. It features a 5,600-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Out back there's a pool and a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse. The 28-year-old has a reported net worth of $280 million and huge chunk of that is parked in real estate. Swift owns more than $84 million worth of real estate across the US — eight properties in four different states, to be exact — according to estimates. As well as this country estate in Nashville, she also owns a 3,240-square-foot condo in Nashville's Music Row, which she bought at age 20. Ever the superstar, Swift also spends time in Los Angeles. She sold her Beverly Hills Cape Cod-style cottage of 2,826 square feet for $4 million earlier this year, but she still owns two more residences in the area — at least, for now. Her 2,950-square-foot Beverly Hills home is currently on the market; its value is estimated at $2.85 million. She also has an iconic 1934 Beverly Hills mansion she purchased in September 2015. It was previously home to Hollywood film producer, Samuel Goldwyn.Worth nearly $30 million, it's the most expensive piece of property in her real estate portfolio. Across the coast, Swift owns an estate with seaside views in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, valued at $6.65 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion of 12,000 square feet overlooks 700 feet of shoreline with views of Block Island Sound and Montauk Point. In 2014, Swift put her savvy real estate skills to work, purchasing two adjacent penthouses in a Tribeca building and renovating them into one large duplex penthouse of 8,309 square feet with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It features an expansive kitchen where Swift has baked with her squad, a billiards table, and a sweeping staircase, all at an estimated value of $20.5 mi

  • EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson’s former Neverland ranch is still yet to find a buyer almost three years after it went on the market to much fanfare with a $100million price tag. Photos taken January 2018 show the estate looking deserted, and while minimal upkeep has kept the famous floral clock intact, much of the surrounding grounds look sun-scorched and barren. The sprawling 3,000-acre property located near Santa Barbara, California, underwent extensive restoration efforts in 2013 in a bid to bring it back to it to its former glory. Jackson’s children were involved in that effort, adding new features including a zen garden to replace the bustling fairground that once was, plus a ‘boy in the moon’ feature in one area of the grounds in homage to their late father’s favorite fairytale character Peter Pan, who inspired the ranch’s name. The estate was rebranded as Sycamore Valley Ranch when it was put up for sale in May 2015 with a $100million asking price. After no buyers were found, the price was reduced to $67 million in March 2017, but still nobody has come forward to buy it. In addition to a 12,500 sq ft main residence and a 3,700 sq ft pool house, the listing boasted a separate building with a 50-seat movie theater and a dance studio. Other features that remained included Jackson’s "Disney-style" train station (minus the train), a fire house and a barn. Jackson, who died in 2009 from an overdose, bought the property for $30 million in 1988 and lived in it until the estate was raided by police as part of his 2005 child molestation trial, in which he was eventually acquitted on all charges. After the star quit the ranch, the estate went on a downward spiral and fell into disrepair. In 2008, a year before Jackson’s death, the attractions from the centerpiece amusement park located on the grounds were removed and trucked down the highway. Jackson acquired around 18 fairground rides during his years at Neverland and since 2009 some now feature at the Cali

  • EXCLUSIVE: The Eden Eoc hotel in St Bart’s, owned by David Matthews. Matthews left St Barth’s last Monday, March 26, taking a connecting flight to the neighboring French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, and then on to Paris, where he was arrested. Although his main home is a luxury villa in the grounds of the family-owned Eden Rock, Pippa Middleton’s father-in-law has not been spending as much time as usual in the West Indies because the hotel, and most homes on the island, were devastated by last September’s Hurricane Irma. “The hotel was devastated, and most of the villas in its grounds were damaged to a certain degree,” said a local. “Before Irma, David would spend most of his time on the island but, since the hurricane, he has been back and forth to keep an eye on the building work. “Large parts of the island still have no internet or telephone lines, and getting things back to normal is a massive project. “David is a popular guy in these parts. Everyone knows him and he’s always polite and friendly. This news has come as a massive shock to us all.” The hotel is currently undergoing a massive rebuilding project, and though scheduled to reopen later this year, it’s thought unlikely it will be ready before early 2019. Matthews and wife Jane bought the hotel, which is a favourite of the rich and famous, in September 1995. It was purchased from legendary island aviator and local adventurer Rémy de Haenen. Today it’s one of the most exclusive hotel in the world, with Beyonce, Elton John, Bono, Brad Pitt, the Kardashians and Leonardo DiCaprio, among its celebrity clientele. Its priciest suite costs £25,000 a night. 31 Mar 2018 Pictured: The Eden Eoc hotel in St Bart’s. Photo credit: MEGA TheMegaAgency.com +1 888 505 6342

  • **PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE** Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are seen attending a fundraiser held at Gerard Butler's house for the Malibu Fire Relief in West Hollywood. The couple enjoyed themselves at the charity event. They arrived to Gerard's house at 6:30 P.M. and left at 10:15 P.M. Pizza seemed to be the main course at the fundraiser. Cindy is seen holding a slice of pizza in hand as they leave the house. Butler, Robin Thicke, and Miley Cyrus were among thousands who lost their homes to the blazes, which have killed at least 74 people across the state. Up to a thousand are still unaccounted for. The 300 star invited his A-list friends to his West Hollywood home for the cause, hoping to raise at least $1million for fire relief. Remains of at least 74 people have been recovered so far in California. 71 of the victims are from the Camp Fire around the Sierra foothills hamlet of Paradise and three are from the Woolsey Fire near Los Angeles. Of the dead, 13 victims are yet to be identified. The once picturesque town was home to nearly 27,000 residents before it was largely incinerated by the deadly Camp Fire on the night of November 8. More than a week later, a team of more than 9,000 firefighters have managed to carve containment lines around 45 percent of the blaze's perimeter, up from 35 percent a day earlier. The powerful fire razed through more than 142,000 acres in a little over a week. Nearly 12,000 homes and buildings, including most of the town of Paradise, were incinerated hours after the blaze erupted, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) has said. Thousands of additional structures are still threatened by the Camp Hill fire, and as many as 50,000 people were under evacuation orders at the height of the blaze. 17 Nov 2018 Pictured: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. • EXCLUSIVE: The dense population of Cape fur seals July 27, 2017 at this time of year attracts the seal's main predator, the flying Great White Shark. Seal Island and the adjacent waters provide rare opportunities for those who wish to witness attacks by White Sharks on the Cape Fur Seal and to observe social interactions amongst creatures of both species. The island is well known for the way the sharks ambush their prey: a shark launching an attack will come up from underneath and often hurl itself out of the water with the seal in its jaws. It has been shown that if the seals enter the "Ring of Death" (where the sharks circle the island) on the surface instead of at the murky bottom, they are more likely to be picked off by the faster and more aggressive Great White Shark. All pictures from an ongoing project by British photographer Dan Callister. 27 Jul 2017 Pictured: Shark warning signs, South Africa.
