  • Donald Trump’s old golf clubs are going under the hammer. Boston-based RR Auction is hawking TaylorMade clubs that the U.S. president used at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, more than 10 years ago. Trump had previously gifted the sports equipment — which is engraved with “D. Trump” — to his personal caddie Andrew Lombardo and now the auction house is hoping to sell them for around the $30,000 mark. From 2004 to 2008, Mr Lombardo served as Assistant Caddie Master and Director of Outdoor Operations while employed at Bedminster, caddying for Trump over 100 times from the day the club first opened until his resignation in 2008, including twice during the filming of The Apprentice. “I knew the first set of irons were special and so beautiful, they were the only set of forged blades, the first set that TaylorMade gave to Mr. Trump and the only set that had (D. Trump) engraved on them,” said Lombardo in a letter of provenance.  According to Lombardo, Trump — who is an excellent golfer with a 3 handicap and owns 17 golf courses worldwide — exclusively used these irons for a two-and-a-half month period while playing with and against a variety of celebrities, powerful businesspeople, and golf professionals at Bedminster.  The Fine Autographs and Artifacts Auction from RR Auction began on June 26 and will conclude on July 12. 03 Jul 2017 Pictured: Donald Trump's golf clubs that he used more than 10 years ago at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, are going up for auction. Quincy broke down as he spoke and was joined at the mic by his father, Al B. Sure!, and Diddy. The service was packed with celebrities including best friend Kimora Lee Simmons, Missy Elliot, Lil Kim, Tichina Arnold, NeNe Leakes, Fat Joe, Kandi Burress, Winnie Harlow, Ryan Destiny, Stevie J and more. • Bill Cosby has entered general population at the Pennsylvanian where the convicted sex offender began his sentence four months ago. The 81-year-old former actor was initially placed in special housing at SCI Phoenix — a new maximum security prison that opened last year. Now Cosby — who is legally blind — is in a single cell in a two-storey unit at the facility in Montgomery County. Fellow inmates have been assigned to assist him throughout the day due to his age and disability, according to state prison spokeswoman Amy Worden. The 3,830-bed, handicap-accessible facility is staffed by 1,200 full-time employees and sprawls across 164 acres inside its double ring of razor wire fences and has a 1.5 mile perimeter. The prison offers programs including sex offender treatment, victim awareness and impact of crime classes. Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison on September 25, 2018, following his conviction earlier that year for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constrand in 2004. 07 Feb 2019 Pictured: Bill Cosby has been moved into general population at SCI Phoenix, a maximum security prison in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Pratt and fellow actor Lowe enjoyed a leisurely round of golf on the morning of the wedding. Later in the day, family and close friends were spotted arriving at Lowe’s home, while yesterday a full-scale wedding rehearsal took place. He captioned the post: “Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!” Chris was previously married to Anna Faris, with whom he has six-year-old son Jack, from 2009 until 2018. 08 Jun 2019 Pictured: Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger. • EXCLUSIVE: A UK TEAM OF SATELLITE HISTORIANS CLAIM TO HAVE MADE HISTORY-CHANGING DISCOVERY OF THE LOST CITY OF ATLANTIS WITH PIX AND VIDEO – LINK TO VIDEO TRAILER OF FILM MADE OF DISCOVERY http://ingeniofilms.com/elements/atlantica/ DOWNLOAD LINK TO IMAGES: https://we.tl/t-9t8GLOOvz7 By Magnus News Agency A UK team of satellite historians claim to have discovered the true location of the lost city of ATLANTIS. Ground-breaking antiquity specialists Merlin Burrows believe the ruins of the legendary civilization can be found in modern-day southern Spain. The exact location is somewhere north of the city of Cadiz, Andalucía, centred around the Doñana National Park, which the UK historians believe was once a vast inland sea. And they claim from the park south and north there is further evidence of the ancient civilisation, with 15 other settlements dotted along the coastline. Atlantis was recorded in the writings of Greek philosopher Plato who lived around 400BC. He described an advanced island civilization that ruled a vast maritime empire, some 9,000 years before his own era. The city of Atlantis at the centre of this empire was described as having, among other features, an enormous harbour wall, huge entrance pillars, a temple to the god Poseidon and massive circular pieces of land carved out by the Atlanteans to live on. It is thought a cataclysmic natural disaster, such as a tsunami or volcanic event, eventually wiped out the Atlanteans, consigning their legacy to legend. But now using unique satellite investigation techniques, aerial photography and ground observations of the site, British experts believe they have found all the features of Atlantis Plato described and evidence of how they were destroyed. Although some scholars believe Atlantis to be a myth, Merlin Burrows claim their discoveries will once and for all prove the lost civilization existed. Maritime historian Tim Akers, head of research at Merlin Burrows, said not only had they discovered Atlantis

  • EXCLUSIVE: ARE YOU SWAY-ED BY THIS UNIQUE HOUSE FOR SALE - INCREDIBLE HOME INSIDE A 220-FOOT TOWER COULD BE YOURS FOR £10 By Magnus News Agency Buyers are being offered one last chance to own a unique 220-foot-high Victorian folly before it is offered as a prize in a competition for just £10 a ticket. Sway Tower, in Hampshire, sits resplendent above the village of the same name with commanding views of the English countryside and south coast. The 1880s intricately designed concrete monolith has been in the family of businessman and entrepreneur Paul Atlas and his family for the past 45 years. But now the property, which comes complete with a 60-foot swimming pool and telecommunications income of £35,000 plus a year, is on the market in a once-in-a-lifetime sale. Grandfather-of-four Paul has lived in the 14-floor tower since 1995 with Julie raising their two children. Since they bought it in 1973 for £2,600 the Atlas’s have been busy renovating the structure ensuring that what stands now will last for generations to come. In the mid-90s, with the backing of the local authority and heritage charities, Paul and a team of tradesmen renovated the structure after the storm of 1987 hit the south coast. Over the years the Atlas family has used the tower for a variety of uses; from a very elaborate ‘shed’ when it was first purchased, to a restaurant, hotel and finally to a one-of-a-kind multi-million-pound home. However, if a buyer cannot be found within 45 days, the owners will commence the process of offering the tower as prize with competition property experts WinThis.life Paul, 71, said the tower is anything but an ordinary home and nowadays he restricts climbing the 330 steps to the top to once a month. He said offering the chance for someone to own the tower for the price of a raffle ticket was an incredible opportunity as the place is ready to go needing no work by any new owner. Paul said: “In the early 1990s we were taking £585 a night in revenue from t

• EXCLUSIVE: **WARNING CONTAINS NUDITY**Just when Egyptian woman Eman Ahmed’s drastic weight loss — from a whopping 500kg to 176kg merely in three months — and controversies around the story was making international headlines, there was another woman, pegged as of India’s heaviest, who quietly underwent a second round of barbaric surgery to lose further weight at a private hospital in Mumbai. Amita Rajani, the 44-year-old resident of Vasai, weighed around 300kg and was bed-ridden for around nine years. She lost 165kg in two years. After second operation, she has lost 10kg in one month. Doctors say she will be 70 by next April. "Bariatric surgery has given me a new lease of life," said Amita after her second surgery at Laparo Obeso Centre in Mumbai on April 02. More than a month after the second operation, she now weighs 125kg. "My life has changed drastically. Until 2015, I was confined to my bedroom for almost eight years as I could barely walk a few steps. Now, I can walk a few kilometers at a stretch, drive my car to work, go out shopping. I have literally got my life back. Now, I walk for at least 2km daily, earlier I needed help to turn from one side to another in the bed. The obesity had ruined my personal, professional and social life. Whenever I want I take out my car, go for a long drive or go meet my relatives and friends and wedding and birthday parties,” said Amita, who works as a share trader, adding that her friends have organized a reunion to celebrate her transformation. Amita’s weight gain, however, did not happen suddenly. It happened over the years. Amita was 116kg when she was in class 10. "In 2007, we consulted doctors in UK but since I was born with a single kidney, they said it would be a high-risk surgery," said the lady who once ran a small soft toy factory in the city. Until 2015, Amita needed four to five people to help her stand. "Today, I step out of home every day and my mother teases me about it.'' Amita kept gaining weight t
