  • This humongous swimming pool in Egypt is the largest in the world — the equivalent to a staggering 9,000 average home-sized pools. The 30 acre human-made pool, which holds the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest crystalline lagoon, is located in Sharm el Sheikh and as well as boasting crystal clear waters it is also surrounded by a white sandy beaches and more than two miles of shoreline. The pool is part of the first phase of a total 12 lagoons totaling 250 acres that will be the centerpiece of the USD $5.5 billion, 1,8500-acre Citystars project with residential apartments, hotels and shopping. The lagoon — made possible using patented water technology by U.S. based company Crystal Lagoons — gets its salt water supply from wells in the desert. Being so big, swimming is not the only activity on the agenda — it’s also perfect for sailing boats and kayaks. The sustainable water technology by Crystal Lagoons — which currently has 600 projects around the world — use 100 times less chemicals and 50 times less energy than a swimming pool. The pool and water treatment is controlled remotely by the company, limiting the need for on-site maintenance. The pool opened back in December 2015, superseding the former biggest swimming pool in the world at Chile’s San Alfonso del Mar Resort, also made by Crystal Lagoons. 13 Nov 2017 Pictured: The 30 acre human-made pool, which holds the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest crystalline lagoon, is located in Sharm el Sheikh and as well as boasting crystal clear waters it is also surrounded by a white sandy beaches and more than two miles of shoreline. • EXCLUSIVE: The dense population of Cape fur seals July 27, 2017 at this time of year attracts the seal's main predator, the flying Great White Shark. Seal Island and the adjacent waters provide rare opportunities for those who wish to witness attacks by White Sharks on the Cape Fur Seal and to observe social interactions amongst creatures of both species. The island is well known for the way the sharks ambush their prey: a shark launching an attack will come up from underneath and often hurl itself out of the water with the seal in its jaws. It has been shown that if the seals enter the "Ring of Death" (where the sharks circle the island) on the surface instead of at the murky bottom, they are more likely to be picked off by the faster and more aggressive Great White Shark. • *PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE* Lovebirds Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx revved up their romantic Miami vacation with a jet ski ride over the weekend. The A-list duo hit the pristine waters of Biscayne Bay on the second day of their sundrenched New Year’s break. These days, the Dawson’s Creek actress and her R&B singer beau are leaving no room for doubt over their love affair, which has been kept out of the spotlight for years in one of Hollywood's worst kept showbiz secrets. On Saturday (dec 29) they threw caution to the wind as they lounged around on an $8 million superyacht and raced each other on red and blue jet skis. Katie, who turned 40 earlier this month, sported a huge grin and flashed her shapely pins in a pair of flirty striped shorts. • This is the stunning $14m ranch that was just purchased by Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. It is believed Kanye recently put down a large chunk of change on the unique property, which was previously being listed for $14million. The JP King Auction Company sold the 9,000 acre home but it is unclear how much exactly it went for. Located outside the town of Cody, Wyoming, the ranch comes with eight lodging units, a restaurant, an event center and a space for meetings. There are also two lakes, barns and corrals for horses.
