The unveiling came a day after U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the Trump Administration's plans to phase out the DACA program, leaving the lives of more than 800,000 undocumented American DACA recipients in limbo. The artist, known as 'French Banksy,' creates large-scale portraits as social commentary. Kikito, about 30-feet tall, is pasted onto a scaffolding about three miles east of the Tecate port of entry.
