  • Victor Ortiz has turned himself into police for allegedly raping a woman earlier this year. The professional boxer surrendered himself at the Ventura County Sheriff Department’s East Valley Station on Tuesday (September 25) after he was charged with three counts of felony sexual assault, which includes rape. Ortiz, 31 — who appeared on Dancing With The Stars, The Expendables 3 and Southpaw — has been under investigation since a woman told police on March 19 that she was sexually assaulted inside a residence in Oxnard, California. Ortiz — whose arrest came just five days before he was due to fight in a nationally-televised special against former world title challenger, John Molina Jr. in Ontario, California — has had his bail set at $100,000 and has been charged with three felony sexual assault charges of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration. Ortiz’s management group Premiere Boxing Champions announced on Wednesday (September 26) that the boxer will now not be taking part in Sunday’s fight. 26 Sep 2018 Pictured: Professional boxer Victor Ortiz seen in a September 2018 mugshot after being arrested on sexual assault charges including rape. • April 26, 2018 - Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain - ''Mr. judges you should suffer the same experience to differentiate between abuse and rape'' is written on a placard during the protest. Barcelona joins the protests in different Spanish cities for the resolution of a multiple violation trial in the last San Fermin celebration, on July 2017. A girl, 18 years old, was forced to have sex with a team of friends (5 men) called himselfs as ''La Manada'' and fell in shock. She was recorded in different videos they send to their friends, and they leave the girl naked and without her mobile to call someone for help. The case became mediatic and the resolution has been too benevolent with the 5 boys and very unpopular, mostly for women who claim their right to go alone without being sexually assaulted. This case is added to another one of rape and murder in San Fermin years before. The killer is in probation and working as a psychologist after only few years. • Rap mogul Russell Smmons is being sued for $5million by an aspiring film maker who claims he raped her. Jennifer Jarosik alleges she first met the Def Jam founder in 2006 in NYC after they connected over a mutual “love and passion for meditation, yoga and a vegan diet.” Jarosik claims that Simmons agreed to be interviewed for a documentary she was working on and that he agreed to co-produce, finance and assist on the documentary, which was titled “Goddesses” and focused on empowering women. According to documents, obtained by The Blast, Russell Simmons has “historically thrived on the sexual exploitation of young women trying to break into the entertainment and music industry, in which young female artists are falsely promised opportunities and advancement by experienced and well-established men in power in the industry.” Jarosik says she later moved to Los Angeles, and in August 2016 was invited by Simmons to come to his Beverly Hills home. She says upon arriving, Simmons bluntly asked if they could have sex, to which she says she replied “no.” Jarosik says Simmons “got aggressive” and pushed her onto his bed. She claims while trying to keep Simmons away from her, he knocked her off his bed and she hit her head. While still in “shock and fear,” Jarosik claims Simmons “pounced on her” and “proceeded to rape her.” Her attorney, Perry Wander, says “Mr. Simmons practices meditation, yoga and is a long time vegan practicing non violence against animals. So basically he treats animals better than women. The hypocrisy has to stop now.” As if to add one more dig against Simmons … “#TimesUp” is written in bold at the end of several pages of the lawsuit. Simmons, who has denied all allegations of sexual assault and rape, has now been accused of sexual misconduct by 8 different women. 25 Jan 2018 Pictured: Russell Simmons complaint. • EXCLUSIVE: *NO WEB UNTIL 11am PST June12* It’s been 32 years since she shot to super-stardom opposite Tom Cruise in Top Gun, one of the most iconic movies of all time. And while it’s already clear Cruise will be back as Maverick in the long-awaited sequel, speculation has remained over whether Kelly McGillis’ role as love interest, Charlotte ‘Charlie’ Blackwood, an astrophysicist and civilian instructor, would be reprised. In an interview in 2014, McGillis said she would happily cameo in a Top Gun sequel. But from these exclusive pictures, it’s obvious McGillis, now 60, is not with Cruise and the other cast members who’ve already started filming Top Gun: Maverick, at a military base in San Diego, California. The actress, who stepped away from the limelight years ago, spent Sunday helping out at the morning service at the First Congregational Church, near her rural home in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She headed home after stopping off to lunch alone at the nearby Pops Diner. The church describes itself as a blend of four principal traditions: Congregational, Christian, Evangelical, and Reformed. McGillis came out as a lesbian in 2009, while still married to former husband Fred Tillman, with whom she has two daughters, though she is no longer with her partner from the time. After turning her back of her film career, she ran a bar in Key West, Florida; worked with drug addicts and alcoholics; and taught acting. In 2016, she was left scratched and bruised after being reportedly assaulted by a woman who broke into her North Carolina home on June 17, 2016. She said the attack, as well as others she has experienced in the past, led her to apply for a concealed carry gun permit to protect herself. It wasn’t the first time McGillis has been the victim of assault; she and her girlfriend at the time were raped in 1982. She has said the experience led her to play the role of attorney Kathryn Murphy in the 1988 film "The Accused," based on the gang rape of Ch

NO PRINT UNTIL MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4 EST*** ***PLEASE PIXILATE CHILDREN'S FACES**** Harvey Weinstein and estranged wife Georgina Chapman at a horse ranch in Westport, Connecticut. The former couple, who are not thought to have interacted, were together at the Fairfield County Hunt Club so disgraced Weinstein could drop daughter India off to spend the afternoon with her fashion designer mother, who wore a long, flowing summer dress. Weinstein was earlier spotted driving his children to and ice cream store, before dropping them off at the country club, where it's believed they went riding. An electronic ankle tracking monitor, a homing device that defendants under house arrest or parole are required to wear, can clearly be seen on Weinstein's right leg. Marchesa designer Georgina, 41, has not been seen with Weinstein, 66, since last October, when they separated just one month away from ringing in 10 years of marriage. Chapman, who filed for divorce, has done her best to keep a low profile since more than 80 women accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, rape, and assault. She went into hiding for nearly six months while the controversy continued to build as major stars like Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Salma Hayek also shared their own horrific Weinstein stories. Weinstein, who also is facing criminal charges in New York, has denied all allegations of "nonconsensual sexual activity." He has pleaded not guilty to six felony sex crimes -- two counts of predatory sexual assault, two counts of rape, one first-degree criminal sex act charge and one criminal sex act. The charges stem from allegations from three women, according to court documents. Weinstein remains free after posting $1 million cash bail. 30 Aug 2018 Pictured: Harvey Weinstein. • EXCLUSIVE: ***NO WEB UNTIL 3PM EST SUNDAY SEPT 3.
