• EXCLUSIVE: The secret girlfriend of singer Michael Jackson has spoken out ahead of the 10th anniversary of his death and told how she regrets not intervening to get him help for his problems. Shana Mangatal, 48, first met the singer when she was aged 17 and they had a relationship after she began working as a receptionist at the star’s Hollywood management company when in her twenties. She had arranged to see Jackson on Friday, June 26, 2009 - a day after his tragic death - after aides had called her to say Jackson was in trouble. Shana told The Sun: “It was devastating for years after I kept thinking, ‘What if I had gone to see him on Wednesday? Would that have changed anything? “It was a huge shock because I was supposed to go see him that week at rehearsal. That whole week I was preparing to see him. I'd gone to the mall to find an outfit to wear. "And I was trying to think of what to say to him because a couple of the people who were close to him had been calling me frantically, telling me that he was in trouble and he needed help. “One of the people was his nanny and she called me crying one day and begged me to go to rehearsal to go see him and tell him that I was here for him if he needed anything and offer to help with the children. “She really wanted me to go there and offer my help to him because she knew that he needed it but I couldn't think of what to say to him It was going to be hard for me to go to rehearsal and bring this up so I had been procrastinating all week. "I could've gone any day that week but I thought I'll just go on Friday and that will give me time to find the perfect outfit to wear and figure out what to say “Could I have somehow changed the state of mind to make him be able to stay around a little longer? I don't know. I guess we can never know, but part of the thing that haunted me all of these years was that I had an opportunity to see him at least one last time and to possibly help him and I put it off by procrastinat

The Thor actor showed off his bulging biceps on the cover of the fitness mag, which is due to hit US newsstands on February 12. The March edition is also set to go on sale in the UK and Australia. During the photo shoot, which was taken in Byron Bay, Australia, the movie star shared a number of fitness tips. He also recorded a short video detailing his routine, which includes push-ups, battle ropes, medicine ball slams and Russian twists. During an interview with the magazine, he also went on to say that he nearly gave up on acting after missing out on the role of Captain Kirk in 2009's Star Trek. He said" “I was about to quit. I always wanted to act, and one of the first things I wanted to do when I got any money was pay my parents’ house off. I’d asked Dad once when he thought he’d pay it off and he said, “Honestly, probably never.” I wanted to change that. So I was super active with auditions. And then my mentality changed, which came from being at a point where I was like, “I’m going to go back to Australia.” I had one more audition where I was like, “Do this for his house. Think about reasons other than yourself.” That was for The Cabin in the Woods, and I got that job, and from there I got Red Dawn. And then I got Thor.” He also claimed that he always likes to maintain his physique in case he is ever caught off guard by the paparazzi, adding: “It comes hand in hand with the roles I play, but look, occasionally you’ll see paparazzi poking out of the bushes and you’re like, “How’s my rig look? Am I on point, or have I slacked off lately?” I maintain my fitness because it makes me feel better." Hemsworth also spoke about his new fitness app Centr, which he hopes will help revolutionize fitness. He said " “The whole thing was about not becoming stagnant. • EXCLUSIVE: Childhood pictures of Rihanna before she was famous. Robyn Rihanna Fenty, better known by her stage name Rihanna, was born in Barbados in 1988, to Ronald Fenty, who ran a garment warehouse, and Monica Braithwaite, an accountant. Along with her younger brother, Rihanna grew up in a troubled home. Her father was an alcoholic and a crack addict. Her childhood was deeply affected by her parents' marital problems and her dad's battle with drug and alcohol addictions, which eventually led to their divorce when she was 14. After his recovery, father and daughter grew close again and Rihanna still refers to him as the "coolest person on the planet". As a teenager Rihanna turned to music to escape her home troubles and formed a musical trio with two of her classmates. Her big break came in 2003 when friends introduced her and fellow bandmates to record producer Evan Rogers, who was on holiday in Barnados with his wife. When the group auditioned for Evan, he later said that "the minute Rihanna walked into the room, it was like the other two girls didn't exist." Over the course of the next year, Rihanna travelled to Rogers' home in Connecticut to work on her demo album. With the help of songwriter Carl Sturken she made a four-song demo that included "Pon de Replay" which would become her first hit single. Rihanna officially relocated when she was 16. "When I left Barbados, I didn't look back," she said. "I wanted to do what I had to do, even if it meant moving to America." Soon after, her demo fell into the hands of recording company Def Jam. She auditioned for them and legendary rapper Jay-Z, who was so impressed he signed her almost immediately. Eight months later Rihanna released her debut album, Music of the Sun, which went platinum despite less-than-rave reviews from Rolling Stone magazine who deemed it "lacking of ingenuity and rhythm." Date of pictures unknown but it's believed Rihanna was about 12 years old. 18 Oct 2017 Pictured: Rihanna. Photo credit: MEGA

 • Prince Harry nuzzles a horse while visiting the Nature Fun Ranch in St. Andrew in Barbados.
The ranch helps teens who have troubled lives sort out their problems while caring for the horses, growing vegetables and managing fish hatcheries. The ranch allows young people to speak freely with one another about important topics, including HIV/AIDS, providing them with a positive focus to guide their lives in the right direction, in a rural setting while tending to horses, working vegetable patches, or managing fish hatcheries. While on his royal tour of the Caribbean, Prince Harry got a chance to meet Rihanna in a not so hopeless place. The royal and the singer were both in Barbados for the celebration of 50 years of independence. And of course, they hung with each other.
• *PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE * Rihanna’s dad Ronald Fenty has told how he thought he was going to die after being stricken with Covid-19 - weeks after the superstar donated $5 million to fight the killer virus. The desperately worried singer and fashion mogul called every day to check on her father’s condition as he spent 14 days fighting for life in a Barbados hospital. Three people on the holiday, island, a favorite of celebrities including Simon Cowell and Mark Wahlberg, have so far died of the virus. “My daughter Robyn (Rihanna’s real name) was checking in on me every day,” said Ronald. “I thought I was going to die to be honest. I have to say ‘I love you so much Robyn.’ She did so much for me. I appreciate everything she had done.” Somehow Rihanna even managed to have a potentially life-saving ventilator for her father shipped from the States to the Caribbean island. Ronald is now recovering at the luxury home the singer brought for him in the parish of St James. Ronald was twice tested and declared virus free before being allowed to go home. Rihanna, born and raised on Barbados, made her huge donation to help fight the pandemic in the U.S. and across the globe through her Clara Lionel Foundation - named after her beloved he’s mother. Rihanna’s massive donation is earmarked for local food banks serving at-risk communities and the elderly and to promote acceleration of coronavirus testing and care in countries like Haiti and Malawi, as well as the mobilization of resources and additional capacity and support for Native communities. Rihanna’s funds are also being used to buy protective equipment for frontline health workers and diagnostic labs, to establish and maintain intensive care units, to accelerate the development of vaccines and other therapies across the globe, to train healthcare workers, and to distribute critical respiratory supplies.
