  • Brooke Burke made a splash in Mexico as she stepped out with her new beau for the first time, just a year after filing for divorce from David Charvet. The 48-year-old former Dancing With The Stars co-host was pictured looking her bikini best poolside at the new Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. Brooke put on a tactile display with her new man Scott Rigsby — a partner at LA-based real estate development company Redcar LTD — as she joined fellow DWTS alums Julianne Hough and her husband Brooks Laich, along with fellow dancer and brother Derek Hough and his girlfriend Hayley Erbert. The sexy six were seen sweating it up in the venue’s gym facility for a quick workout session before heading to their private cabana’s where they enjoyed margaritas and shrimp aguachile poolside. After sunbathing and swimming all day at one of the three pools at the resort, everyone retreated to Esencia Spa for couples’ massages and hydrotherapy sessions. As the sun began to go down, the group opted for cocktails on the patio of Nobu restaurant to catch a stunning Cabo San Lucas sunset in all its glory. Post sunset, the group dined in the private dining room with pals Mario and Courtney Lopez, Erika Christenson and actress Dania Ramirez where they enjoyed a traditional omakase dinner that included Chef Nobu’s favorites including tuna tartare, yellowtail with jalapeno and hand cut sushi rolls.   Burke and her commercial real estate developer boyfriend were seen feeding each other the famous bento box dessert complete with warm chocolate molten cake and mochi ice cream. 07 Nov 2019 Pictured: Brooke Burke and her new beau Scott Rigsby, Julianne Hough and husband Brooks Laich and Derek Hough and girlfriend Hayley Erbert enjoy a couple’s vacation at the brand new Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Palms has just unveiled the jewel in the crown of its ongoing $690million refurbishment of the casino resort — the Empathy Suite, a Sky Villa designed by and featuring the works of world-renowned English artist Damien Hirst, aged 53. The Empathy Suite sprawls over 9,000 square-feet and two floor and features a butterfly-motif mosaic tiled pool overlooking the strip, a vast collection of art including any original works by Hirst, a 13-seat curved glass bar top encrusting medical waste art, along with two lounge and theater areas that accommodate up to 52 guests. There’s also Hirst-desined furniture, drapery, carpeting and serpentine-shaped Italian leather sofas with the butterfly motif. Above the centre bar is Hirst’s Here for a Good Time, Not a Long Time (2018) art piece – a marlin skeleton in a vitrine and taxidermy marlin in another. The opulent dining area seats eight people, while both master bedrooms come complete with California-King beds, massive closets and bathrooms with double sinks and theatrical lighting. The villa also boasts a powder room, a salt healing room, a fitness center and two massage rooms, while the outdoor area features a pool and panoramic views of Sin City. A stay at the suite — which is reserved for millionaire high-roller gamblers, also involves a highly personalised and exclusive guest experience while at the property, including 24-hour butler service, over-the-top welcome amenities and a private behind-the-scenes art tour of the suite and entire property. There’s also a chauffeured car service throughout the stay and A-list access to Palms’ premier amenities such as KAOS Dayclub & Nightclub, the Pearl Concert Theater and the Palms’ world-class recording studio and a $10,000 credit to use at the resort. • EXCLUSIVE: Kylie Jenner goes back to being a blonde (like she was with X-Boyfriend Tyga) seen here are the first pictures of a very "BLONDE" Kylie Jenner and her new boyfriend Jacques Webster, Jr. better know as hip-hop singer Travis Scott. The lovebirds arrived by yacht and dined in a private back room of the exclusive restaurant the River Yacht Club where Kylie and Travis looked very happy and were spotted kissing and being very romantic while bodyguards kept out unwanted people. The new couple had a blast at the exclusive waterside restaurant where they were joined by Miami-based restaurant, nightlife and hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman and his wife Isabela Rangel. While Kylie drank Evian water all night her new man Rapper Travis Scott was in full party mode and did a total of 17 shots of Don Julio 1942™- World's First Luxury Tequila‎ with their friends. Perhaps the Tequila took its toll, as Travis looked a little under the weather on the boat ride home. The couple spent a total of $2000.00 with their friends and left a very generous additional $100.00 in addition to the 20% tip at The River Yacht Club Restaurant in Miami on May 7, 2017 in Miami, Florida. 07 May 2017 Pictured: Kylie Jenner, Travis-Scott.
