  • Bill Cosby has entered general population at the Pennsylvanian where the convicted sex offender began his sentence four months ago. The 81-year-old former actor was initially placed in special housing at SCI Phoenix — a new maximum security prison that opened last year. Now Cosby — who is legally blind — is in a single cell in a two-storey unit at the facility in Montgomery County. Fellow inmates have been assigned to assist him throughout the day due to his age and disability, according to state prison spokeswoman Amy Worden. The 3,830-bed, handicap-accessible facility is staffed by 1,200 full-time employees and sprawls across 164 acres inside its double ring of razor wire fences and has a 1.5 mile perimeter. The prison offers programs including sex offender treatment, victim awareness and impact of crime classes. Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison on September 25, 2018, following his conviction earlier that year for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constrand in 2004. 07 Feb 2019 Pictured: Bill Cosby has been moved into general population at SCI Phoenix, a maximum security prison in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. • Bill Cosby is seen here in a newly-released mugshot after he was sentenced today (Tuesday 25 September) to three to 10 years in state prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home 14 years ago. The 81-year-old actor, once known as ‘America’s Dad’, was escorted to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility outside Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon for processing. From there he will be assigned to one of Pennsylvania’s state prisons to serve his sentence, a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections said. Cosby had his bail revoked and he was escorted from the xxxx courthouse in cuffs. Handing down the sentence, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Judge Steven O'Neill said: 'This was a serious crime. It is time for justice. Mr Cosby, this has all circled back to you. The time has come. ‘No one is above the law, and no one should be treated differently.’ Cosby was convicted of aggravated indecent assault back in April. His attorneys have filed appeal following today’s sentence. 25 Sep 2018 Pictured: Bill Cosby seen in a September 2018 mugshot after being sentenced to 3 to 10 years in Pennsylvania state prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in 2004. • This is the Nevada prison former NFL star O.J. Simpson is hoping he will be released from on parole from after languishing there for nine years on armed robbery and kidnapping felonies. The 70-year-old felon, a sports icon of his day, has been serving a 33 year sentence at Lovelock Correctional Center since 2008, but is now eligible for parole. On Thursday (July 20) the Nevada Board Of Parole will convene to consider the case and if the hearing goes to plan Simpson could be released as early as October 1. These photos show the typical quarters Simpson is living in at the 1,680-inmate facility, which first opened in 1995 and has a staff of more than 200 corrections officers. Other facilities include an indoor basketball court — providing an opportunity for “The Juice” to show off some of his sporting prowess to fellow inmates. Simpson entered Lovelock in 2008 after being convicted for the 2007 robbery of sport memorabilia dealers in Las Vegas. In 2016 former corrections officer Jeffrey Felix released a book about his relationship with Simpson at Lovelock, titled “Guarding The Juice.” In the book he recalled a saga of an illicit cookie shortly after Simpson arrived, in which an inmate working in the kitchens stole cookies and brought them back to the unit where Simpson was. According to Felix, Simpson ate the cookie in plain view and was written up over the incident. However, Felix says he managed to convince the female guard to tear up the report, saying she would forever been known as “the cookie monster”. This decision could ultimately help Simpson at this parole review this week, Felix has surmised. Earlier in 1995, Simpson was acquitted of the double murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman during length legal proceedings that were dubbed “the trial of the Century.” Simpson was found liable for the killings two years later in a 1997 civil case. 18 Jul 2017 Pictured: O.J. Glover admitted to serving several years in prison and court records show he served almost five years in a Georgia prison for aggravated assault. According to the police report he smelled of alcohol and was stumbling around at the scene before he was arrested. The following month, November 2018, Glover was arrested for a second DUI. • *PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE* Real Housewife of New Jersey Teresa Giudice flirts with toyboy companion Blake Schreck,26, at a cocktail party in Miami. Giudice, 46, is reported to have become close friends with the young beau while husband of 20 years, Joe, serves a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, before being deported to his native Italy. Meanwhile, it seems the mother of his four daughters is moving on with her life. Teresa and Blake met up at the swanky Coral Gables Country Club and left with friends at about 11.30pm. They hopped out of the car close to the SLS LUX hotel in Brickell, and disappeared inside. Thirty minutes later, they re-emerged, jumped into an Uber and sped off. The previous day, Teresa looked amazing in a plunging one-piece as she strolled along the beach in Miami in the blazing sunshine. News of her friendship with Blake comes as she prepares to reunite with her Jersey co-stars for the long-awaited Season 9 reunion, later this month, where she is expected be clash with co-star Jackie Goldschneider. Meanwhile, Joe languishes at Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania, awaiting deportation. The couple made headlines in 2014 after they pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud. Joe had also confessed that he owed more than $200,000 in taxes. Teresa served a little over 11 months in prison and was released on Dec. 23, 2015. She’s since been caring for the couple’s four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. A Pennsylvania immigration court judge ruled Joe should be removed from the United States, without giving a time frame, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. Joe is set to be released from prison in March 2019 and is then expected to be transferred into ICE custody. 16 Feb 2019 Pictured: Teresa Giudice and Blake Schreck.
