  • Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are in newly-wedded bliss, soaking up the sun in the Mediterranean while on their honeymoon. The love-struck couple, who exchanged vows in front of 200 guests in Rhode Island last week, are currently enjoying a getaway in Italy and Greece, staying in three different properties available on booking.com; Casa Angelina and Capri Palace in Italy and the West East Suites in Greece. Ashley, who met Jared on Bachelor In Paradise, said of the trip: ‘Jared and I are lazy travelers. A perfect vacation to us is great food, a gorgeous property and a beautiful view to awe over, especially at sunset. ‘We booked our entire trip through Booking.com and the site made it really easy to preview the experiences to come.’ Sitting on the high cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, Casa Angelina offers beautiful modern minimalism rooms with views overlooking the Mediterranean. Guests can unwind in the panoramic outdoor pool set on one of the property’s terraces, relax at the spa or dine at the gourmet restaurant servicing Mediterranean cuisine. Ashley and Jared stayed at the property from August 13 – August 17 in a former fisherman’s house on the property located next to La Gavitella beach, which is accessed via the hotel’s lift plus 200 steps. The couple enjoyed dinner on their private deck and looking out at the sunset along the water. Ashley and Jared then made their way to Capri where they spent four days at the Capri Palace. The property offers an outdoor mosaic swimming pool, a wellness center, a private collection of painting and sculptures and is located just 1,650 feet from the shores of Anacapri. Ashley and Jared dined at the property’s 2 Michelin star Mediterranean restaurant, which is the first Michelin star restaurant the couple has been to. For the final leg of their trip, the couple will make their way to West East Suites located in the scenic village of Imerovigli. Overlooking the caldera or Aegean Sea, the suites include an elevated

  • EXCLUSIVE: This unique German castle can now be yours but it is not in the snowcapped mountains of Bavaria, instead, it sits on the golden coast of Florida. The stunning property was custom made by the Cramer family who owns the largest independent brewery in Germany. Dubbed the "Warsteiner Castle", after the name of the brewing company, it was built in 2004 in Melbourne Beach, Florida. The incredible home features five bedrooms, four full baths, two half baths and includes an in-law suite, a guest suite, a waterfall pool and a four-car garage. The 7,840 square-foot home is also being sold fully furnished. Built for entertaining with a media room and home theater, it also has spectacular views from everywhere in the home including a rooftop deck for star gazing and watching the rockets launch from Cape Canaveral. The "castle" stands as the landmark for the Aquarina Golf and Tennis Country Club, a gated golf community on the barrier island, which the Warsteiner company helped develop. The property also features unique German styling and interior design, made especially for the Cramer family. It even has a bar which was made from an imported metal barrel once used to brew the family's famous beer. The Warsteiner Brewing Company sold the property in 2015 to an American family who kept the property identical to the original owners. The current owners are now hoping to offload the home to someone who will enjoy its Germanic architecture. Warsteiner Brewery was founded in 1753 and is now one of the largest private breweries in Germany. The company is owned by Eva-Catharina Cramer after she inherited the family business. The property is being listed by realtor Dave Settgast. 17 Jan 2019 Pictured: Warsteiner Castle. Photo credit: Dave Settgast / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com +1 888 505 6342

  • June 3, 2017 - inconnu - The studio responsible for creating more than 100 designs for car maker Ferrari has revealed its first super-yacht.The Aurea by Italian studio Pininfarina, will have a huge beach club area and two swimming pools – one with transparent walls. And the engine is fixed in the centre of the vessel freeing up rear access to the water and creating more deck space.Pininfarina has joined forces with the Rossinavi boatyard for the 70 metre-long Aurea which is powered by a diesel electric hybrid engine. It will focus on the lifestyle of the owner and guests with a record size beach club for a ship of its size. Aurea’s stern include two swimming pools, three large outdoor decks and water-level access on both sides of the hull. The design is available now for any prospective clients. The curvature of the design theme was created to offer what Pininfarina describes as “ new and unexpected opportunities to employ and enjoy the spaces and maximizing the thrill of sailing and life on board. “At the level of the owner's deck, for example, terraces protected by windows open at the center of the ship giving a direct view to the bow.The boat's shape is harmonious and dynamic at the same time thanks to elliptical bands that characterise the superstructures linking the decks. The upper band, for example, frames the bridge and then goes downstairs, harmoniously joining the owner's deck, creating a lavish scenic effect that integrates the outer connecting staircases to the upper deck. The main part of the main deck hosts guest cabins. Here is a longitudinal balcony covered with a folding bulwark offers guests an outdoor private space during cruising and when moored in harbor. The hull’s shape is also suitably shaped by integrating the longitudinal balcony with large panoramic windows on the world. The hull has a chamfered shape running from the bow to the stern. It frames a staircase with a detail inspired by the shapes of nature and at th
