• EXCLUSIVE: WEB EMBARGO UNTIL 1am PST ON Nov 3 Chris Hemsworth’s stunt double has given an exclusive behind the scenes look at his time on the set of Thor: Ragnarok to coincide with the release of the Marvel blockbuster. Opening up his personal photo diary taken while on location in Australia’s Gold Coast, British-born stunt master Bobby Holland Hanton talks long days on set with Hemsworth and how he’s become the Aussie star’s go-to stuntman and good friend having worked together for the past six years. Bobby, 33, also revealed one of his rigorous training sessions at his local London gym — where the former gymnast put on an impressive stunt routine including back flips and somersaults — before he headed out to Atlanta in September to start filming the fourth Avengers movie, where he will again double for Hemsworth as Thor. And judging by Bobby’s rippling six-pack and bulging biceps, the rigorous regime he has to endure to match up to the God Of Thunder has paid off. But by his own admission, keeping up with 34-year-old Chris is no easy feat. Bobby explained: “He’s in ridiculous shape - Chris is very athletic and naturally has a lot of lean muscle mass. He’s bigger than me and I have to work hard to keep up with him. “Before we start filming a movie together, we’re in touch regularly so I can see where he’s at and so I can maintain the same shape as him.” Bobby’s strict fitness plan includes working out twice a day, six days a week for between 45 minutes to 90 minutes, curling 27kg dumbbells to pump up his arms and eating eight monster-size meal every day. Of course, the types of foods he can eat are strictly regulated to those that are high in protein (lots of chicken, turkey, steaks and eggs) and only “good carbs” (brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes) and “good fats” (avocado, olive oil and natural nuts). And eating like Thor sure gives his wallet a bit of a hammering. “I spend around £250 a week on food, just for me” expla

Of course, the types of foods he can eat are strictly regulated to those that are high in protein (lots of chicken, turkey, steaks and eggs) and only “good carbs” (brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes) and “good fats” (avocado, olive oil and natural nuts). • Bethenny Frankel is seen here in a series of photos taken during her aid mission to Puerto Rico, which was ravaged by Hurricane Maria almost two weeks ago. The Real Housewives Of New York personality, who recently underwent surgery to remove skin cancer below her eye, has headed up a huge relief effort and chartered 10 planes to bring vital supplies to the island’s stricken inhabitants. Frankel, 46, and her friends personally paid for the planes - the first four of which she managed to negotiate a fee of just under $20,000. As well as bringing medical and food supplies, Frankel alongside The Global Empowerment Mission flew back dozens of wounded women and children and cancer victims from local hospitals so they could get treatment in the United States. The Skinnygirl founder has used the power of social media to help network and find doctors back in the U.S. who could help. She explained: “Twitter users literally saved babies lives by connecting me to a pediatric hospital allowing me to transport patients home [to the U.S.]. It is the most incredible tool in the world.” Talking of the devastation she’s witnessed on the U.S. territory island, Frankel said: “This is a forgotten island. People have been living on their roofs for 13 days. It is like nothing I have ever seen. Peoples entire homes and cars are immersed in mud the likes I've never seen.” The current death toll stands at 34, but is expected to rise as the humanitarian crisis continues. With an island-wide power outage and widespread lack of fuel, fears continue for residents on the island who need hospital treatment and regular care. Frankel went on: “There is no color on the island. Every palm tree is rooted. This bitch hit every inch of this island. The low death toll is only counting what happened when it hit, but a storm happens more gradually than a hurricane. “Now is when people are dying. They are starving. They are thirsty. They cannot communicate. They cannot bathe themselves. They

They

 • Nina Debrov shows off her rock-solid abs in a stunning shoot for Women's Health. The Vampire Diaries actress appeared on the latest cover of Women's Health and shared her secrets to staying in shape. In the photoshoot, which was taken by photographer Ben Watts, Nina can be seen flaunting her toned body in a number of revealing outfits including gym clothes and a blue leotard. She also shared her tips on how she stays so fit and said she now eats every two hours to keep her metabolism stable. She also spoke about the pressures of starting a family and explained her morning routine. She said: "I feel healthier. You’re happier when your body is full, your brain functions better, and you’re a nicer person. I would get hangry, I think, because I was so busy running around that I wasn’t the best version of myself. “I can and will definitely have both [career and family]. I’m still working on me. When I do have a family, I can focus my full energy on that, but I’m not ready for it yet. In 10 years, hopefully, I will be – for my mom’s sake. My mom wanted me to have a baby 10 years ago. She gets me baby clothes for Christmas every year. She’s like ‘Hint, hint, nudge, nudge!’”. ***Please note must credit photographer Ben Watts and anything used online must link back to www.womenshealthmag.com/nina-dobrev-interview ***. 19 Dec 2018 Pictured: Nina Dobrev for Women's Health. • (L to R) Chris Dicks, board member, and Andy Loughton, chairman of Thomas House of Hope, serve breakfast outside the premises in Somerset West, Western Cape, on Tuesday morning, May 5, 2020. Thomas House normally provides programs through which people living on the streets can work in exchange for tokens that they can use for meals, ID books, clothing, toiletries and showers. But during lockdown, the centre has had to suspend its activities to simply serve meals to those who are hungry. Loughton, who also runs a bakery business, says things are uncertain. "Everything is unsettled right now. ... When we go back to work, it's going to be a bit like starting the business all over again," he says. The same thing is true at the centre, he adds. Loughton says he doesn't know how or where some of the "normal" client base is right now. PHOTO: EVA-LOTTA JANSSON

 • The laundry of a multi-family household in Jamestown, in the Cape Winelands District, hangs in the sunshine on Saturday, May 30, 2020. Twelve adults, six women and six men, live here with seven children. They are all from Zimbabwe and most of them have not been able work during lockdown, as their places of employment are closed. Being from another country, they also didn’t qualify for assistance, explained Lenia Tafirey, who spoke for the group. However, the car-wash employer of two of the men, and a volunteer soup kitchen, made sure the residents have had food to eat since the lockdown started at the end of March.
”We all come from the same country, Zimbabwe,” said Tafirey. “No one is working. We are working at restaurants, and the restaurants are closed. We have no money. No work, no pay. And we are foreigners. We are not from here.”
To those who ask why they haven’t returned to their home country, she says: “But the borders are closed.”
Evernice Magara adds: “It’s difficult to go back, and we have no accommodation in Zimbabwe. We don’t have money. We don’t have nothing. We can’t just go back because of Corona virus,” she says. “We have been getting soup every day.” PHOTO: EVA-LOTTA JANSSON
