  • EXCLUSIVE: FULL COPY ON REQUEST: Sir Richard Branson’s new cruise ship Scarlet Lady sits forlornly at dock in Miami along with four other giant liners yesterday (Sunday) as the usually heaving terminals resembled ghost towns because of the coronavirus crisis. Miami is the world’s busiest cruise port with 5.5million passengers a year. But yesterday at 4pm – when ships traditionally sail amid fanfare and horns blasting their farewell – there was an eerie silence. The Florida cruise port is usually bustling with excited passengers, truck and van deliveries of food and drink, rammed parking lots and packed lines of taxis in a cacophony of noise and mayhem. Yet yesterday there was hardly a soul about. The parking garages were virtually empty, the usually crammed individual terminals were lifeless and the roads were deserted. Apart from a handful of departing passengers only a few dejected port workers, who are about to be laid off, were milling around. One of the ships at dock in Miami yesterday (March 15) is at the center of controversy after it was revealed it had a passenger who tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19. The passenger disembarked from MSC Meraviglia (correct) on March 8 after an eight-day Caribbean cruise. After the passenger got off, 103 others plus the vessels crew were left on board for the next voyage. Four days later, after the ship had sailed with thousands more people, the cruise line was told by Canadian authorities that the passenger had tested positive. Seven crew were isolated as a result. But instead of holding the ship off the Florida coast and testing everyone on board for COVID-19, MSC said US health authorities cleared the ship to dock in Miami yesterday (March 15) and for the 3,877 passengers to disembark as normal. As a result, thousands of people got off the ship without undergoing medical screening. 15 Mar 2020 Pictured: Cruise Ships. Photo credit: Greg Woodfield / MEGA TheMegaAgency.com +1 888 505 6342

An incredible collection of 60 exclusive photographs offer a fascinating insight into the modest and ordinary childhood of the American woman who has captured the heart of Prince Harry. In one hilarious snap, Meghan, aged just five, is seen donning a crown as she imitates The Queen at a birthday party in Los Angeles. In another photo she is seen dressing up for Halloween as horror TV hostess Elvira complete with a black wig and dress while only seven-years-old. At the age of six she is seen posing with Mickey Mouse and other cartoon characters at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. Other photos show a teenage Meghan cuddling her father Thomas who will walk the 36-year-old actress down the aisle in a lavish ceremony at Windsor Castle. The photographs underline how Meghan’s life growing up with her mother Doria Ragland at the small two-bedroom, two-bathroom LA apartment is a far cry from the majesty and wealth of Britain’s Royal Family which will become her new life. A childhood friend said: “Meghan had the most normal upbringing you could imagine – but we always knew she was destined for great things. “Now she is set to live every girl’s dream and become a princess by marrying Prince Harry. “I am absolutely blown away that the ordinary little girl we knew growing up in a regular apartment in Southern California is going to be married to a member of the British Royal Family.” The friend recalled that curly-haired Meghan was just like any other kid growing up in the Mid-Wilshire area of LA and had friends from all races and background. “I think when she was growing up and around other kids she identified herself as African American,” said the friend. “Being bi-racial was never an issue for her. She didn’t know any difference and it was never a big thing for her. “I think it perhaps became more of an issue for her whe

  • EXCLUSIVE: ARE YOU SWAY-ED BY THIS UNIQUE HOUSE FOR SALE - INCREDIBLE HOME INSIDE A 220-FOOT TOWER COULD BE YOURS FOR £10 By Magnus News Agency Buyers are being offered one last chance to own a unique 220-foot-high Victorian folly before it is offered as a prize in a competition for just £10 a ticket. Sway Tower, in Hampshire, sits resplendent above the village of the same name with commanding views of the English countryside and south coast. The 1880s intricately designed concrete monolith has been in the family of businessman and entrepreneur Paul Atlas and his family for the past 45 years. But now the property, which comes complete with a 60-foot swimming pool and telecommunications income of £35,000 plus a year, is on the market in a once-in-a-lifetime sale. Grandfather-of-four Paul has lived in the 14-floor tower since 1995 with Julie raising their two children. Since they bought it in 1973 for £2,600 the Atlas’s have been busy renovating the structure ensuring that what stands now will last for generations to come. In the mid-90s, with the backing of the local authority and heritage charities, Paul and a team of tradesmen renovated the structure after the storm of 1987 hit the south coast. Over the years the Atlas family has used the tower for a variety of uses; from a very elaborate ‘shed’ when it was first purchased, to a restaurant, hotel and finally to a one-of-a-kind multi-million-pound home. However, if a buyer cannot be found within 45 days, the owners will commence the process of offering the tower as prize with competition property experts WinThis.life Paul, 71, said the tower is anything but an ordinary home and nowadays he restricts climbing the 330 steps to the top to once a month. He said offering the chance for someone to own the tower for the price of a raffle ticket was an incredible opportunity as the place is ready to go needing no work by any new owner. Paul said: “In the early 1990s we were taking £585 a night in revenue from t
