• It’s summer vacation time and this smart suitcase is certain to get you on your holidays quicker. The Modobag is the world’s first rideable luggage, that doubles up as a carry-on and kind of scooter you can sit on and zoom to your gate. Retailing for $1,495 and complete with collapsable handlebars and footrests, the Chicago-made product can carry a passenger up to 260lbs and be ridden up to 8mph for 6 miles on a single charge. The bag, founded by Boyd Bruner and Kevin O’Donnell, is TSA and FAA approved and has removable carbon-free titanium-based batteries, meaning it steered clear of new regulations that banned lithium ion batteries from being checked in an aircraft’s cargo. The Modobag officially launched earlier this year and so far has sold around 1,000 suitcases to jet-setters wanting to making to the gate quickly and in style. Other features on the carry-on case — which measures 22L” x 14H” x 9W and weighs 20lbs without batteries, include a dual USB port so you can charge your phone on the go. Modobag’s chief marketing officer Tim Ryan said the start-up, which set up back in 2016, is now in development for a larger-sized model and an accessory line of packing cubes and a backpack. 11 Jun 2018 Pictured: Modobag is the world’s first rideable, carry-on luggage that is TSA and FAA approved. • Princess Diana’s niece Lady Kitty Spencer looks like a million dollars in Bvlgari jewels after being snapped up as new ambassador for the luxury Italian brand. The 27-year-old model is following in her aunty’s fashionable footsteps and has picked up a string of modeling gigs of late, with industry experts estimating her new deal with Bvlgari could be in the region of £1 million ($1.3 million USD). Earlier this year Kitty, who was just six years old when Princess Diana died in a car crash, starred in her first modeling campaign with Dolce & Gabbana and walked the runway for the brand’s Spring/ Summer 2018 collection in March. The new Bvlgari deal now represents a jewel in the crown, quite literally, for the aspiring model, whose recent appearance at the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle raised her profile further with her turn in a stunning green floral D&G dress, teamed with orange heels and a green fascinator. The British aristocrat, who was raised in South Africa as a child before returning to the UK to study, is the daughter of Diana’s younger brother Earl Spencer. Speaking about her new partnership with Bvlgari, Kitty said: “It is an immense honor to be working with the most iconic Italian jewelry brand in the world. “Bvlgari has always been synonymous with creativity, heritage, beauty and glamour. I am, therefore, very excited to be part of the Bulgari family, as it means experiencing their passion and magic first-hand.” Since joining the brand, Kitty has been instrumental in helping raise funds for Bvlgari’s key charity partners including the Elton John Aids Foundation (EJAF) and Save the Children. Last June, Kitty helped raise £140,000 for the EJAF, when she modeled and introduced the Bvlgari Divas’ Dream full pave diamond necklace that was auctioned at their gala in aid for EJAF. Kitty is also hoping to visit some of Save the Children’s UK programs later this year, which are supporting young children living in poverty by

 • EXCLUSIVE: The jail where Ghislaine Maxwell is being held following her arrest at her $1 million home in New Hampshire. Maxwell had asked about the 'flight patterns' over the home before purchasing it with cash under an LLC, the broker who sold the house has claimed. Maxwell, who is accused of procuring underage girls for billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, was arrested Thursday morning at a luxurious mountain top home called Tuckedaway, outside the tiny town of Bradford, months after she disappeared from the public eye. She had reportedly been staying in the four-bed, four-bathroom, 4,500 sq ft house since December when she bought the property for $1.07million in cash, using a limited liability company called Granite Reality. She is now awaiting transfer to New York to face charges of procuring girls as young as 14 for Epstein to sexually abuse - and could even be held in the same Manhattan jail where Epstein died last year. If convicted on all counts, Maxwell faces 35 years behind bars at a maximum. It would mean she'd be 93 by the time she'd be released. 04 Jul 2020 Pictured: Merrimack County department of corrections. • Step inside the world's most expensive rental, which costs a staggering $1.5m per month and comes with its own 'plastic surgery' room. The stunning property in Bel Air, California, was initially listed to buy by celebrity surgeon Raj Kanodia for $180m but it is now being listed as a rental property. The staggering price tag means it costs approximately $50,000 a night or $18million to rent for the year. The enormous home is spread out over 34,000 square feet and comes with a 90ft infinity pool, a health and wellness spa, and surround views of the ocean and the mountains. The nine-bedroom mansion also comes with a walk-in fridge, a wine room, a media room, a roof deck and a fire pit. The home is by far the priciest rental on the market, with a cost almost double that of the $850,000 per month rental home in the Hamptons, New York, which ranks as second, records show. The property is being listed by Tyrone McKillen of Compass, and Branden & Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland. 30 May 2019 Pictured: The world's most expensive rental property, in Los Angeles. • Eva Longoria shows off her spicy side - as she unveils her new brand of salsa in the kitchen. The former Desperate Housewives star, 44, tapped into her Texan roots to team up with Fresh Cravings to launch the condiment. Eva's Kitchen Cantina Style Salsa "packs a rich and smoky bite that's derived from chipotle, jalapeno, cayenne, and Anaheim peppers, fresh vegetables and vine-ripened tomatoes that are specially charred and roasted to bring out their most robust taste". "Being a Texas-native and growing up in a Latino family filled with passionate cooks, the smell of cilantro, onions, peppers, and charred tomatoes was always present," she said. She added: "I inherited my family's love of fresh-tasting salsa, and in my house, my husband and I eat it on everything—eggs, baked chicken, salads, tacos, and even pizza. Like most people, I don't always have time to make salsa from scratch. Adapting one of my family's recipes with the Fresh Cravings team means that you get an authentic salsa that's as close to homemade as possible." The salsa is available at H-E-B stores in the US. • *PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE* Demi Lovato tenderly kisses new boyfriend Henri Levy as they leave a swanky Malibu restaurant. Although they’ve regularly been seen together since 26-year-old Lovato came out of rehab, the lingering kiss is the first confirmation that the singer and handsome bleached-blonde fashion designer are actually a couple. The pair looked blissfully happy as they left high-end sushi restaurant Nobu on Saturday night. The singer wrapped her arms around her new love’s waist as they embraced while waiting in the valet parking lot. Levy, who founded his clothing line Enfants Riches Déprimé -- which in French means “Depressed Rich Kids” -- in 2012, appears to have brought happiness back into Lovato’s life after she overdosed in her Los Angeles mansion this past summer. After spending about two weeks in a hospital, the Sober hitmaker checked into rehab for three months and has since been focused on her recovery. It’s believed the pair met a few years back when both were in rehab, and now regularly attend AA meetings together. Levy’s first stint in rehab was at Visions Adolescent Treatment in Malibu, when he was 15-years-old. “I was, like, a f**k up in high school,” Levy said in an interview. “I was caught up in drugs and sh** like that.” Just last Friday, there was more joy for Lovato after she received a Grammy nomination for pop duo/ group performance with Christina Aguilera. She tweeted: 'Woke up filled with hope. Dreams come true y’all… thank you @xtina. I love you so much. She also shared a screenshot of the nomination, adding 'What a dream come true... Thank you for this opportunity.. Can’t believe I’m nominated for a Grammy with someone I grew up singing to.. My idol forever. Love you sis, thank you.'. 08 Dec 2018 Pictured: Demi Lovato. • Meet the $1.7 million hypercar - that has room for the kids.

The Koenigsegg Gemera, unveiled Tuesday (3 Mar), is described as “the world’s first Mega-GT" and is the Swedish company’s first four-seater.

Limited in an edition of 300 cars and recommended for "family trips”, the Gemera is announced as “an extreme megacar that meets spacious interior and ultimate environmental consciousness.”

“Ultimate performance has belonged to the world of two-seaters with very limited luggage space – until now”, says CEO and founder Christian von Koenigsegg. “The Gemera is a completely new category of car where extreme megacar meets spacious interior and ultimate environmental consciousness. We call it a Mega-GT.”

The car seats four large adults comfortably with space catering to their carry-on luggage, meaning the Koenigsegg megacar experience can be shared with family and friends.

Despite being a four-seater, the Gemera easily outperforms most two-seat megacars, both combustion and electric. Still, the focus of the Gemera is taking on long-range public roads – family trips, in comfort, style and safety with never-before-experienced performance.

With its 1.27 megawatts of power and 3500 Nm of torque, the Gemera goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.9 seconds and to 400 km/h in record matching pace.

The Gemera comes with an evocative and deep-throated growl from its large displacement Freevalve 3-cylinder engine.
• August 16, 2017 - inconnu - Ferrari Press Agency Ref 8330 Electric1 15/08/2017.See Ferrari text.Picture must credit : DeLorean Aerospace A nephew of Back to the Future sports car maker John DeLorean has unveiled plans for a flying car that’s all electric. The pioneering new US company DeLorean Aerospace is developing a two-person vertical takeoff and landing aircraft called the DR-7.It combines rotating ducted lift and /propulsion fans with an autonomous flight control system, meaning it could be flown by a minimally trained pilot.DeLorean Aerospace was founded in 2012 by Paul DeLorean, the nephew of John DeLorean.John founded the DeLorean Motor Company whose only model was the now famous DMC-12 piloted by Doc Brown in the Back to the Future films. Although that car flew at the end of the first film in the trilogy, the DR-7 is intended to make a flying DeLorean a reality. It has short, foldable wings and is designed to be compact, lightweight, and deceptively simple. It measures 19.5 feet / 6 metres long and has a wingspan of 18.5 feet / 5.6 metres. The wings fold up to just 7.5 feet / 2.3 metres , allowing it to fit in a home garage or parking space. It would boast a composite monocoque fuselage with tandem seating. What sets the DR-7 apart from other flying car designs are a pair of, 360-degree thrust-vectoring electric ducted-fans.The fans, mounted along the centre line, front and back, swivel from horizontal for takeoff, to vertical for forward flight. The company says are simpler and cheaper compared to similar multi-engine designs, yet provide better performance, reliability, and greater stability. The autonomous flight system has a manual mode to suit the desires of more experienced flyersDeLorean says that the rechargeable electric power-train would provide the DR-7 with a top speed of 240 mph / 386 km/h and see it cruise at 150 mph / 241 km/h for a range of 120 miles / 193 kms. A patent-pending failsafe system is designed to deal with power emerg

 • May 30, 2017 - Bristol, Bristol, UK - Bristol, UK. Gorilla mum TOUNI with baby yet to be named. Keepers at Bristol Zoo Gardens have revealed that their new baby gorilla is a girl. The little Western lowland gorilla was born in the early hours of Saturday, April 22nd to first-time mum Touni and silverback gorilla dad, Jock. Touni has been at the Zoo since September 2015 after coming from La Vallée des Singes zoo in France, as a breeding partner for Jock. The bright-eyed five week old baby is getting stronger every day and now needs a name. Bristol Zoo’s curator of mammals, Lynsey Bugg, said: “Our little lowland gorilla is doing incredibly well - developing exactly as she should, feeding well and putting on plenty of weight. Now we would like to ask the public to help us choose a name for her.” The Zoo is asking members of the public to vote on their favourite from a choice of three names, all inspired by the name ‘Daisy’. She added: “We would like to name her in memory of the baby daughter of one of our colleagues who was born four years ago on the same day as the baby gorilla. Daisy was stillborn and we thought this would be a lovely tribute to her.” Keepers have chosen a shortlist of names for the baby gorilla – Fleur, Ayana and Undama. Fleur is French for flower, chosen because Touni is French. Ayana means ‘pretty flower’ in Ethiopian, and Undama means ‘beautiful flower’ in Swahili. Voting will open later today (Tuesday 30 May) on the Bristol Zoo Facebook page. After Daisy was born, her parents, who are both members of staff at Bristol Zoo, received support from SANDS (the stillborn and neonatal death charity). For more information about SANDS, visit www.sands.org.uk/ or phone 0808 164 3331. The new baby takes the number of gorillas living at Bristol Zoo to eight. The refurbished and extended Gorilla House opened in 2013 and is able to accommodate up to 10 gorillas in a state-of-the-a

Severe undiagnosed PTSD, feelings that my worth and purpose were being taken from me, angry and self-pitying with no sense of how I’d emerge. Plus, my hair had fallen out in odd clumps and I’d taken it upon myself to dye what remained electric blue cuz if you’re gonna spiral why not SPIRAL (shout out to @joanaavillez for being a true friend and bringing Manic Panic when I demanded it at night in the hospital, though. I love you Jo.) The second pic was taken tonight, happy joyous and (substance) free. The last year hasn’t been all roses and Kenny G songs, but it’s been proof enough for me in the presence of the divine. The divine- it’s been there in the kindness of my family, friends, chronically ill folks online. It’s also been there in the moments where I cried myself to sleep, shocked by the sounds coming out of me. It’s in the light slanting on my comforter, the resilience of my best friend’s baby clonking her head then giggling, the new hairs sprouting at my temples. Mostly I’ve found it in my own strength, because who the fuck knew. And I don’t mean strength as in powering through. I mean strength as in vulnerability, feeling it all, taking it as it comes and dancing even with a hospital grade pad in my underwear.
I surprised myself. I bet you can surprise yourself too.".
