  • These harrowing photographs show injuries Amber Heard claims she sustained at the hands of her then-husband Johnny Depp after telling him she was going to leave him. The photos — filed at a court in Virginia by Heard’s legal team — form part of a bombshell dossier as a rebuttal to Depp’s $50million defamation lawsuit against his former wife. Graphic images show Amber with facial abrasions, bruises, and clumps of hair missing following an incident which allegedly happened days before Christmas in Los Angeles in December 2015, just nine months after the pair married. In the deposition Amber, 32, claims Depp, 55, attacked her at their Los Angeles penthouse before friends were due to arrive She claims that at one point he dragged her by the hair, onto their marital bed, and beat her while screaming: 'I'll f*****g kill you, you hear me?'  Describing what happened next, Heard claims in the legal document: 'Hoping to avoid the violence, I tried to calm Johnny down, and then went upstairs to try to remove myself from the situation. 'Johnny followed me, hit me in the back of my head, grabbed me by my hair again, got in front of me on the steps, and then dragged me by my hair up the last few steps.  'At the top of stairs, Johnny shoved me twice, which made me fear I would fall. I told Johnny that he had broken my wrist in an attempt to get him to stop. 'Johnny kept hitting me, and each time he knocked me down, I chose to react by simply standing up and looking him in the eye. Johnny responded by yelling: "Oh, you think you’re a f***ing tough guy?" 'He reeled back and head-butted me in my face, bashing my nose, which immediately began bleeding, sending searing pain through my face. I instantly started tearing up, and I thought that I would have to go to the hospital.  'I told Johnny I wanted to leave him, and that I would call the police if he ever touched me again. When I began to walk away toward the guest apartment, he responded by pushing me, then grabbed me a

  • EXCLUSIVE: ***NO WEB UNTIL 2PM EST NOV 1*** Katie Holmes wears a diamond engagement ring as she steps out for a coffee, but it seems she’s not engaged to long-time boyfriend Jamie Foxx. A smiling Holmes looked relaxed and radiant as she openly flashed her bling as she went for a coffee with fellow actor Jerry O'Connell. Katie and Jerry co-star in a feature-film adaptation of the self-help best-seller ‘The Secret.' The pictures were taken the day before filming started in New Orleans. But her publicist later insisted: “Katie’s not engaged to anyone besides her fictional movie fiancé, played by Jerry O’Connell.” Holmes, who divorced ‘Top Gun’ star Tom Cruise in 2012, was later spotted chatting happily with Foxx, who she’s believed to have been dating for five years. Foxx is currently also in New Orleans filming his latest movie, ‘Power,’ co-starring Joseph Gordon-Hewitt. Foxx and Dawson’s Creek alum Holmes looked very much in love - the word ‘LOVE’ was even written on Katie's handbag. Holmes had changed into a black and white jumpsuit before the two went for a evening shop at Michael's craft store - but the actress kept her hands firmly buried in her pockets, so it’s not known if she was still wearing the ‘prop’ ring. Foxx, 50, and Holmes, 39, went pubslic in April during a PDA-packed beach outing on a Malibu beach after shying away from getting cozy together in public for years. Held at Brooklyn’s McGolrick Park, a group of citizens held a demonstration against Nazis, the Alt-Right, and “Proud Boys” (the latter is a far-right group grounded by former Vice commentator Gavin McInnes that has been accused of white supremacy and creating violent disturbances). The Proud Boys also has a combat-ready unit endorsed by McInnes, who is part of the programming on Anthony Cumia’s far- to radical-right streaming service that is known to dispute claims of confirmed neo-nazis being “neo-nazis”. • August 4, 2017 - New York City, New York, United States of America - A pro-Cuba group called the Venceremos Brigade organized a demonstration at JFK's Termina 4 to protest an upcoming regression in Cuba-US relatons under the Trump Administration. Despite the claims of a travel ''ban'' to Cuba, there remain more than a dozen legal ways to visit Cuba as an American, including using an officially licensed tour operator or for family travel. Activists, however, continue to use and sensationalize the word ''ban''. Furthermore, the enforcement of the travel restrictions are expected to take months to reimplement. Normalization of relations between the two countries began under the Obama Administration in 2015, which included a liberalization of travel rules for tourism from the US to Cuba. The Trump Administration has recently announced that it will enforce not only the tourism ban to Cuba, since it was never technically lifted, but also US companies will be barred from business ventures with the Cuba GAESA, which has links to much of Cuba's tourism industry. At the time the photos were first released, Depp dismissed the court document as ‘new lies’. In court on Thursday in the London hearing, NGN’s barrister Sasha Wass QC asked why Depp had not mentioned ‘accidentally’ headbutting Ms Heard in his witness statements to the court. Depp replied: ‘Had I read the entire statement after the lawyers had drafted it, I would have found that missing piece. I didn’t read all those things … and I trusted my attorneys had taken my statement and put it on the record.’ Depp reasoned that he used the word ‘headbutt' because that was the way Heard had referred to it. He told the court: ‘I said “I headbutted you in the forehead, that doesn’t break a nose”.’ Ms Wass told the actor that he changed his account of the incident after only ‘very recently’ becoming aware of an audio recording of himself and Heard discussing the incident. But Mr Depp shot back: ‘I believe she took something and stretched it out as far as she possibly could.’ The graphic images show Heard with facial abrasions, bruises, and clumps of hair missing following the incident, which happened just nine months after the pair married. • Johnny Depp has admitted to ‘accidentally’ headbutting Amber Heard during a heated argument at their Los Angeles penthouse back in 2015. Depp made the revelation as he took the stand on the third day of his libel case against The Sun newspaper at the High Court in London on Thursday 9 June. The court was also show photographs of Heard’s purported injuries at the hands of Depp. Last year the photographs of Heard’s injuries were included in a bombshell dossier at Fairfax County Court in Virginia, filed by Heard’s legal team on April 11, 2019, as a rebuttal to Depp’s $50million defamation lawsuit against his former wife. • EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray is set to cause new anguish for the family of the late singer after giving a shocking new interview about the star’s father Joe Jackson. The disgraced 65-year-old medic - who was found guilty and jailed for the King of Pop’s manslaughter – has made astonishing claims about the family patriarch just over a week after his death. Jackson, who was the brains behind the Jackson 5 group, died in LA on June 27 aged 89 with his wife Katherine by his side. But just days after Joe’s death, Murray unleashed a brutal verbal attack and branded him one of the “worst father’s in history” in a video obtained by US website ‘The Blast’. In other shocking claims he also addressed allegations that pop singer Michael – who died at the age of 50 on June 25, 2009 – was chemically castrated as a child via hormone injections to delay puberty and maintain his high-pitched voice. The former doctor said in the video: “Joe Jackson was one of the worst fathers to his children in history. “The cruelty expressed by Michael that he experienced at the hands of his father, particularly the bad treatment and moreover, the fact that he was chemically castrated to maintain his high pitched voice is beyond words. “I knew and cared for Michael very well and he told me of the many sufferings at the hands of his father that he encountered. “It was dreadful and beyond imagination and words. “I would not shed a single tear for the passing of this cruel and evil man, Joe Jackson. “It is said that only the good die young. I hope Joe Jackson finds redemption in hell.” Michael Jackson was under the care of Murray at the time of his passing in 2009. The doctor was subsequently convicted of involuntary manslaughter and served two years in prison for administering the lethal dose of the powerful anesthetic, propofol, that killed the pop star. In 2010 Joe Jackson filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray but later dropped the

• EXCLUSIVE: A mother gave birth to someone else’s babies after an IVF mix-up, a new lawsuit claims. The woman and her husband, from Queens, New York, are suing CHA Fertility Centre, in Los Angeles, after giving birth to children who didn't share their ethnicity. The clinic is run by Dr. Joshua Berger and co-owner Simon Hong. The Asian couple, who are referred to as Y.Z. and A.P. in court documents, married in 2012 and tried relentlessly--both naturally and with medical assistance--to get pregnant. After countless disappointment, the couple visited CHA Fertility Center with the hopes of becoming parents. In January 2018, Dr. Berger and Mr Hong met with the couple and walked them through months-long medicine, vitamin tests, and several procedures to yield eight embryos. In total, the couple says they spent $100,000 on the entire process. In September, the pair were excited after learning female embryos were successfully planted and they were pregnant with twins. Their joy, however, was short-lived when the ultrasound revealed they were instead having twin boys. Dr. Berger dismissed the sonogram and tried to calm their concerns by revealing when his wife was pregnant they were originally having a boy but gave birth to a girl. Y.Z. and A.P's nerves were calmed for a moment, and on March 30, 2019, A.P. delivered the children via C-section and was met with an unspeakable mix-up. The babies were indeed boys but did not share their Asian ethnicity. Even worse, the boys weren't related to one another. Y.Z and A.P. unknowingly were surrogate parents and had to give the children up to their respective parents who were also clients of CHA Fertility Center. The couple was so embarrassed and heartbroken they haven't told their family or close friends. For Y.Z and A.P, the experience has left them with "permanent emotional injuries from which they will not recover," the suit says. The amount they are suing for is also undisclosed. 07 Jul 2019 Pictured: CHA Fertility Center. 07 Jul 2019 Pictured: Dr. Joshua Berger. • EXCLUSIVE: A UK TEAM OF SATELLITE HISTORIANS CLAIM TO HAVE MADE HISTORY-CHANGING DISCOVERY OF THE LOST CITY OF ATLANTIS WITH PIX AND VIDEO – LINK TO VIDEO TRAILER OF FILM MADE OF DISCOVERY http://ingeniofilms.com/elements/atlantica/ DOWNLOAD LINK TO IMAGES: https://we.tl/t-9t8GLOOvz7 By Magnus News Agency A UK team of satellite historians claim to have discovered the true location of the lost city of ATLANTIS. Ground-breaking antiquity specialists Merlin Burrows believe the ruins of the legendary civilization can be found in modern-day southern Spain. The exact location is somewhere north of the city of Cadiz, Andalucía, centred around the Doñana National Park, which the UK historians believe was once a vast inland sea. And they claim from the park south and north there is further evidence of the ancient civilisation, with 15 other settlements dotted along the coastline. Atlantis was recorded in the writings of Greek philosopher Plato who lived around 400BC. He described an advanced island civilization that ruled a vast maritime empire, some 9,000 years before his own era. The city of Atlantis at the centre of this empire was described as having, among other features, an enormous harbour wall, huge entrance pillars, a temple to the god Poseidon and massive circular pieces of land carved out by the Atlanteans to live on. It is thought a cataclysmic natural disaster, such as a tsunami or volcanic event, eventually wiped out the Atlanteans, consigning their legacy to legend. But now using unique satellite investigation techniques, aerial photography and ground observations of the site, British experts believe they have found all the features of Atlantis Plato described and evidence of how they were destroyed. Although some scholars believe Atlantis to be a myth, Merlin Burrows claim their discoveries will once and for all prove the lost civilization existed. Maritime historian Tim Akers, head of research at Merlin Burrows, said not only had they discovered Atlantis

  • April 29, 2019 - London, United Kingdom - New Banksy 'masterpiece' on a wall in Marble Arch...A new piece of 'Banksy' artwork left after the Extinction Rebellion protesters left Marble Arch last week could be worth £1 million. If genuine - and art experts claim it is definitely him - it could sell for around £1million, but only if it can be removed. Westminster Council have now placed a protective perspex plate over the piece of street art as it had already been the subject of some defacement with red and blue writing and a yellow 'smiley' leaflet stuck to the wall. An English man claiming to be the property manager called the police when Press arrived at the hours after her arrest. The four-bed, four-bath set on nearly 4,500 sq. ft. house, on 156 acres of land, is on East Washington Road was sold for $1.07 million in December last year to a company called Granite Reality LLC, a reference to New Hampshire's Granite State nickname. Public records reveal that Granite Reality LLC was set up on November 18 last year and registered to a waterfront office block in Boston. On Thursday federal prosecutors said that Maxwell had been hiding in New England since last July, when Epstein was arrested. She changed her phone number to one registered under 'G Max,' changed her email address, moved at least twice and when she ordered delivery packages had them delivered to a different name, which they did not specify. In a court document arguing that she should be refused bail, prosecutors said that she had at least 15 bank accounts which she owned or was associated with in the last four years. 02 Jul 2020 Pictured: This is the luxurious mountain top home - called Tuckedaway - outside tiny Bradford, New Hampshire, where Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested on Thursday. Although some scholars believe Atlantis to be a myth, Merlin Burrows claim their discoveries will once and for all prove the lost civilization existed. Maritime historian Tim Akers, head of research at Merlin Burrows, said not only had they discovered Atlantis
