• EXCLUSIVE: ARE YOU SWAY-ED BY THIS UNIQUE HOUSE FOR SALE - INCREDIBLE HOME INSIDE A 220-FOOT TOWER COULD BE YOURS FOR £10 By Magnus News Agency Buyers are being offered one last chance to own a unique 220-foot-high Victorian folly before it is offered as a prize in a competition for just £10 a ticket. Sway Tower, in Hampshire, sits resplendent above the village of the same name with commanding views of the English countryside and south coast. The 1880s intricately designed concrete monolith has been in the family of businessman and entrepreneur Paul Atlas and his family for the past 45 years. But now the property, which comes complete with a 60-foot swimming pool and telecommunications income of £35,000 plus a year, is on the market in a once-in-a-lifetime sale. Grandfather-of-four Paul has lived in the 14-floor tower since 1995 with Julie raising their two children. Since they bought it in 1973 for £2,600 the Atlas’s have been busy renovating the structure ensuring that what stands now will last for generations to come. In the mid-90s, with the backing of the local authority and heritage charities, Paul and a team of tradesmen renovated the structure after the storm of 1987 hit the south coast. Over the years the Atlas family has used the tower for a variety of uses; from a very elaborate ‘shed’ when it was first purchased, to a restaurant, hotel and finally to a one-of-a-kind multi-million-pound home. However, if a buyer cannot be found within 45 days, the owners will commence the process of offering the tower as prize with competition property experts WinThis.life Paul, 71, said the tower is anything but an ordinary home and nowadays he restricts climbing the 330 steps to the top to once a month. He said offering the chance for someone to own the tower for the price of a raffle ticket was an incredible opportunity as the place is ready to go needing no work by any new owner. Paul said: “In the early 1990s we were taking £585 a night in revenue from t

• July 13, 2017 - inconnu - Surfers could so be going up in the world – on an electric-powered board that hovers over the water with its own hydrofoil. The board rises above the waves thanks to the hydrofoil allowing the rider to skim the water more efficiently.Riders describe the sensation as “an endless feeling of hovering” The $12,000 USD / £9,270 GBP / € 10.495 Euros eFoil is controlled by a wireless hand controller and the rider's body. The waterproof controller uses Bluetooth connectivity and is designed to float if dislodged from the rider's hands. It has a top speed of 22 knots / 25 mph / 40 kh.It us made by Liftfoils , a company run by American Nick Leason from Puerto Rico.He said:” A lot of people see it for the first time and don’t fully understand how that board is levitating over the water.“The board actually has winged keel underneath it. It’s like a set of wings .“So that set of wings lifts the board out of the water when you have a little bit of speed and that’s what you are surfing or riding on.“It’s pretty amazing if you shift your weight you can turn it and carve it .”The company says you can be travelling at top speed but not hear anything and just feel you are levitating.Leason added that it's a “pretty exciting ride “ at top speed, but his preferred cruising speed is a bit less than that as the ride is “not quite as crazy.”He continued:” It seems like a simple toy but there’s actually lot of components and they are all cutom designed.”The battery is said to be good for between 45 and 55 minutes on full charge.Deliveries will begin in September of this year for US$12,000.The eFoil board will initially be available in two sizes: 168 cm x 71 cm (5 ft 6 in by 28 in) for the standard E1 eFoil, and 152.5 cm x 63.5 cm (5 ft 6 in by 25 in) for the E1 Sport model. • Brooke Shields looks incredible at 52 as she parades her fit figure in a bikini for a new body-positive swimsuit campaign. The Suddenly Susan star shared the limelight with an array of other women of differing sizes, including stunning plus-size model Ashley Graham, 30, and reality star Angela Simmons, 30, in a campaign for swimsuit brand Swimsuits For All. Brooke disrobes, a white dressing gown slinking over her shoulders, to reveal her bright red bikini underneath while in another frame the actress puts her pedal to the metal while posing in her two-piece while resting up against a convertible car. The mother-of-two shared with people.com that she finally feels good about her body — and confident in a bikini. “Growing up under such scrutiny led me to feel insecure about my looks," shared Brook, who stars in the Swimsuits For All “Power Suit” campaign. “Feeling disconnected from my own body, it took me years to separate the opinions of others from my own. “At 52 years old, I finally feel comfortable and proud of all the hard work I’ve put into my body,” adding that she feels "confident being in my own skin”. Also appearing in the campaign is nurse practitioner Katie Duke and pro swimmer Pat Gallant Charette, who last year became the oldest woman to swim across the English Channel aged 66. 22 May 2018 Pictured: Brooke Shields stars in a the “Power Suit” campaign for swimsuit brand Swimsuits For All; (L-R) nurse practitioner Katie Duke, model Ashley Graham, actress Brook Shields, pro swimmer Pat Gallant Charette and reality TV star Angela Simmons. The mother-of-two, who called off her 10-year engagement to Jamie Mazur back in March, is seen here in a stunning swimwear and lingerie photoshoot for LASCANA. The 37-year-old model showed off her toned and tanned figure in an array of designs after being announced as the brand ambassadors for the international Spring/ Summer 2018 collection. In an interview to accompany the shoot, Alessandra said: “I think LASCANA’s campaign and their philosophy ‘it’s a woman’s world’ is about empowering women to feel good and confident to do whatever they want, to follow their dreams and to accomplish them and to be happy. I can definitely identify with this.” She went on: “I think we learn from everything that we do. Of course there are things I’ve done that were wrong but I feel like these things teach you to be the way you want be. “There are certain things in my life that maybe I wouldn’t have done again in retrospect. But I feel like you have to do some things wrong to learn from them. Everyone is human, everyone makes mistakes but those mistakes are what make you learn and make you stronger. “Life is about learning every day, it’s about experiencing things. That’s the beauty of life; it’s a learning process the whole time.”. 03 May 2018 Pictured: Alessandra Ambrosio in a new campaign for LASCANA after being announced as the brand ambassador for the international Spring/ Summer 2018 collection. • Delighted TV star James Corden has scored his Christmas wish for his family - moving into his luxury mansion in Los Angeles. Corden has moved his family and new baby into the new home - even though workers are still adding the final touches to his renovations. The star made sure that the home had a festive feel too having workers put up decorations around his estate to make his family feel in the festive mood. Noticeable changes are the front of the home, where the torn up driveway lawn has now been replaced with pristine looking turf, understood to be drought resistant grass. Locals say that Corden had carpenters working on the upstairs of the home, along with the back garden. They are delighted that the builders and contractors have removed the giant unsightly rubbish cart, which was parked outside the property. The teams of workmen had been on a tight schedule given that the family were meant to have moved into the home in late September. Corden had hoped, when he bought the home in the spring, that his family would enjoy their first Christmas there - and that dream has come true. His wife Julia, who gave birth to their third child last week, has been overseeing the move from their rented home in Pacific Palisades. While Corden, host of the CBS Late Late Show, has been working, she has been instructing cleaners, electricians, landscapers and gardeners at the lavish home. The good news for Corden is that he had saved plenty of cash from the $10m house purchase. The shrewd entertainer negotiating a whopping $1.25m off its original asking price and has now used that saved cash to renovate his place. The former Gavin and Stacy actor is just two and half years into his run as a late night US TV host after locking in a five year deal. He publicly has said that he has no idea whether he will remain in Los Angeles, but his purchase and extensive renovation plans seem to indicate he is in for the long haul. The 25-year-old actress and singer has designed several items for the ‘Krahs Swim’ collection. One suit was specifically designed to hide her scar which she got from her kidney transplant operation in 2017 due to her struggle with Lupus.
She said:” I did have a really good time designing. It was fun. The design I did, one of them, it was the high-waisted one with the belt. I’ve had a kidney transplant and I like bathing suits that kind of cover where that’s been and make me feel comfortable.”
• Pete Wentz releases a photo on Instagram with the following caption: "I don’t have an end of the year list but I Sat in the cold dry pure mountain air and thought through the last year. It’s Hard to quantify my best moments. Life is long and short all at once, the days drag and the years race by. Luck is all around us, swirling both good and bad- but it
Is up to us to be ready to take a swing if our number gets called. I don’t believe in coincidences but If I keep getting bumped by the universe in the same place I perk up. “New year, same me” is a tough rut. You don’t have to defeat it all at once but it does feel nice to pick up your own version of thor’s hammer - a weapon that only you can wield. No one emerges unscarred but pick it up and take a swing anyway. Drink more water, take it easy on yourself. Fear is ok because you can not really displace it... there are however words sung in a certain order than can bring us to leap anyway in spite of it.
You gotta allow room to grow into your own greatness.
Love is important. Let the spirit move you. Happy 2019.". • EXCLUSIVE: Every day, this couple wear color-coordinated outfits that require dozens of hours and hundred of dollars each month to plan. Naveen Chintamani and Deblina Halder, both in their 30s, married in 2015 say they don't want to necessarily match, rather they want to coordinate. Naveen admits, “She picks all my clothes. She knows what looks good on me — she’s always right,” he says. “She wanted this to happen, but I still feel manly. I want to make her happy. It makes me proud when she grabs my arm — it shows how much we love each other. People respect the love. Some people may say it’s awkward, but it is what it is.” They spend about $500 a month on clothes. ***NO NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, NO NEW YORK TIMES, NO NEWSDAY***. 23 Apr 2017 Pictured: Naveen Chintamani, Deblina Halder.
