• EXCLUSIVE: ***NO WEB UNTIL 3PM EST SUNDAY SEPT 3. NO PRINT UNTIL MONDAY SEPTEMBER 4 EST*** ***PLEASE PIXILATE CHILDREN'S FACES**** Harvey Weinstein and estranged wife Georgina Chapman at a horse ranch in Westport, Connecticut. The former couple, who are not thought to have interacted, were together at the Fairfield County Hunt Club so disgraced Weinstein could drop daughter India off to spend the afternoon with her fashion designer mother, who wore a long, flowing summer dress. Weinstein was earlier spotted driving his children to and ice cream store, before dropping them off at the country club, where it's believed they went riding. An electronic ankle tracking monitor, a homing device that defendants under house arrest or parole are required to wear, can clearly be seen on Weinstein's right leg. Marchesa designer Georgina, 41, has not been seen with Weinstein, 66, since last October, when they separated just one month away from ringing in 10 years of marriage. Chapman, who filed for divorce, has done her best to keep a low profile since more than 80 women accused Weinstein of sexual harassment, rape, and assault. She went into hiding for nearly six months while the controversy continued to build as major stars like Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Salma Hayek also shared their own horrific Weinstein stories. Weinstein, who also is facing criminal charges in New York, has denied all allegations of "nonconsensual sexual activity." He has pleaded not guilty to six felony sex crimes -- two counts of predatory sexual assault, two counts of rape, one first-degree criminal sex act charge and one criminal sex act. The charges stem from allegations from three women, according to court documents. Weinstein remains free after posting $1 million cash bail. 30 Aug 2018 Pictured: Georgina Chapman. • It was a tale that warmed hearts around the world — a homeless vet forking over his last $20 to help a distressed driver gas up her car in the dead of night. But the truth is more stomach-turner than heart-warmer. The hero, the woman he “saved” and her boyfriend were a trio of scam artists who knew each other for a month before the so-called chance encounter — and the $400,000 they raised on GoFundMe was blown on luxury items and gambling trips that included a lavish New Year’s trip to Las Vegas, officials said Thursday. “The entire campaign was predicated on a lie,” said Burlington County, NJ, prosecutor Scott Coffina in announcing criminal charges against couple Mark D’Amico and Kate McClure and vagrant Johnny Bobbitt. “[McClure] did not run out of gas on an I-95 off-ramp, and [Bobbitt] did not spend his last $20 to help her,” Coffina said. “Rather, D’Amico, McClure and Bobbitt conspired to fabricate and promote a feel-good story that would compel donors to contribute to their cause.” **NO NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, NO NEW YORK TIMES, NO NEWSDAY**. 15 Nov 2018 Pictured: Scott Coffina. • Redmond O’Neal, the son of actor Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, has been charged with attempted murder following an alleged crime spree. The 33-year-old, who has a history of drug abuse, went on a crime spree in Venice Beach and nearby Palms neighborhoods in California last month where he went about punching or stabbing five men over several days in unprovoked attacks, according to Los Angeles Police Department. Two men were seriously injured, one of whom was stabbed in the face, police say. O’Neal was linked to the attacks after being arrested as a suspect in an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven store on May 8. LAPD said in a statement: “After O’Neal’s arrest, the violent crime spree ended and Pacific Area robbery detectives found O’Neal to strongly match the description of the suspect in these crimes. Evidence and eye witness identifications linked O’Neal to the violent crime spree.” On Friday (June 8) robbery detectives handed a file to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. O’Neal was subsequently charged with one count of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of criminal threats, one count of brandishing a knife and one count of battery. He remains in the custody of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. 09 Jun 2018 Pictured: Redmond O’Neal seen in a police mugshot after being charged with attempted murder among other charges on June 8, 2018. • EXCLUSIVE: **PREMIUM RATES APPLY** Kevin Spacey pursued young men and was even caught sneaking into a college party wearing a disguise — where observers said the creep pressured underage students into boozing it up, RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusively. That’s the bombshell revelation of a world exclusive Radar investigation that uncovered chilling new details about the disgraced 59-year-old actor’s calculated pursuit of his prey. Radar’s probe also exposed a pattern of behavior that mirrors the criminal charge of sexual assault. Spacey faces for allegedly groping an 18-year-old busboy after plying him with alcohol in a Massachusetts bar. Whispers that the House of Cards actor was cruising college parties began circulating at Maryland’s Towson University in the fall of 2015, when the award-winning Netflix series was filming in and around the campus located north of Baltimore. A former student told Radar exclusively that many thought it was an urban myth until Spacey turned up uninvited to a house party packed with teens. 12 Sep 2015 Pictured: Kevin Spacey. • Feb 28, 2008 - Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa - A video recording of black workers made to perform degrading acts by white university students has sparked outrage in South Africa and cast a new spotlight on racism in the 'Rainbow Nation'. It includes images of one of the students urinating into a container of soup, which is then given to four unwitting black cleaners who are later seen vomiting into buckets. A voice is heard explaining that the act is a protest at plans to integrate non-whites into a whites-only residence building. The university is in Bloemfontein, the rural heartland of the Afrikaaner, the original white settlers of South Africa. Even in the post-Apartheid era, racial harmony there remains elusive. One black student at the university said: ''If I am in class they (whites) can't even sit beside us. They just choose to sit beside other whites. That shows they are not appreciating us at all.'' The tape has sparked debate and brought condemnation from whites and non-whites. Police had to use stun grenades to disperse angry protesters on the campus. Two of the students behind the video have since finished their studies, while two others have been banned from the campus. They may face criminal charges. PICTURED: A black student walks past security outside the Reitz hostel on Thursday. (Credit Image: © Shayne Robinson/ZUMA Press)

 • South Africa - Cape Town - 12 October 2020 - Today, 12 October 2020, Democratic Alliance (DA) Chief Whip, Natasha Mazzone MP, will lay criminal charges against the EFF leader, Julius Malema, and EFF Member of Parliament, Nazier Paulsen, over social media posts that incite violence.
Malema tweeted on Wednesday, “Magwala a chechele morago! (Cowards move to the back) Fighters attack!” and as a follow-up, over the weekend, he tweeted a picture of a machine gun. Echoing Malema's brazen incitement of violence, Paulsen posted a picture with a machine gun captioned “Get ready!”.
The South Africa Police Services (SAPS) has proven this week that it is capable of pursuing those who purportedly incite violence as was evident in the swift action taken against the alleged instigator of the violence at Senekal. We hope that the police will now apply the same energy in holding Melama and the EFF accountable with equal vigor.
The DA is of the view that both Malema and Paulsen must be held to account for their e incendiary posts. Picture Courtney Africa/African News Agency(ANA)

 • April 28, 2018 - Munich, Bavaria, Germany - Michael Stürzenberger (Sturzenberger). Inviting Pegida founder Lutz Bachmann Pegida Dresden returned to Munich for a repeat of last month’s march through one of the most-traveled portions of the city. Last month, just a few hours after Bachmann’s appearance in Munich, he was arrested at London-Stansted airport and subsequently deported back to Germany due to attempting to make an appearance at a right-extremist event at Hyde Park. While in detention, he live-streamed videos and photos of the facility, leading to criminal charges. There were less than 100 demonstrators for Pegida and several hundred against, most notably, youths..The city of Munich has two Pegida factions: the „Munich” faction which has been called the “the weaponized arm of Pegida” due to the group allegedly trying to amass firearms through the operation of a shooting club. The group’s leader, Heinz Meyer, has been under terrorism monitoring since 2012 and has numerous neo-nazis and right-wing terrorists under its followers. “Pegida Dresden” is effectively Pegida Nuremburg, who is attempting to take the greater role in Munich. Sturzenberger is under Verfassungsschutz monitoring for islamophobia and incitement. In 2015, he was pushed out of Pegida by Meyer, after which he began working with numerous far-right groups across Germany, eventually winning Bachmann’s favor and becoming a regular speaker in the extreme-right city of Dresden. Pegida groups throughout Germany are associated with right-extremists, right-wing terrorists, and attacks on the media. (Credit Image: © Sachelle Babbar via ZUMA Wire)
