  • *PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE* Real Housewife of New Jersey Teresa Giudice hits the beach with hunky young companion Blake Schreck. The pair lazed on loungers at a South Beach, Miami, hotel, and later shared a bottle of rose wine over lunch inside the hotel. Teresa, 46, is reported to have become close friends with the young beau while husband of nearly 20 years, Joe, serves a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, before being deported to his native Italy. Meanwhile, it seems the mother of his four daughters is moving on with her life. On Saturday, Teresa and Blake, who’s 26 yrs old, met up at the swanky Coral Gables Country Club and left with friends at about 11.30pm. Teresa showed off her fabulous figure in a full-length and strapless black evening gown, while Blake wore a back shirt and matching bow tie, black pants, red suspenders, and loafers. They hopped out of the car close to the SLS LUX hotel in the Brickell business district, and disappeared inside. Thirty minutes later, they re-emerged, jumped into an Uber and sped off towards a rented condo, where Teresa and her party have been staying. She instagrammed a photo of herself at the condo’s rooftop pool. The previous day, Teresa looked amazing in a plunging one-piece swimsuit as she strolled along the shore at South Beach in the blazing sunshine. News of her friendship with Blake comes as she prepares to reunite with her Jersey co-stars for the long-awaited Season 9 reunion, later this month, where she is expected be clash with co-star Jackie Goldschneider. Meanwhile, Joe languishes at Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania, awaiting deportation. The couple made headlines in 2014 after they pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud. Joe had also confessed that he owed more than $200,000 in taxes. Teresa served a little over 11 months in prison and was released on Dec. 23, 2015. She’s since been caring for the couple’s four daughters: Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and

The new couple had a blast at the exclusive waterside restaurant where they were joined by Miami-based restaurant, nightlife and hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman and his wife Isabela Rangel. While Kylie drank Evian water all night her new man Rapper Travis Scott was in full party mode and did a total of 17 shots of Don Julio 1942™- World's First Luxury Tequila‎ with their friends. • Taraji P. Henson looked a complete knockout as she lived it up during a romantic Valentine’s weekend with her fiancé Kelvin Hayden. The 49-year-old actress slipped into a daring black bejeweled swimsuit and enjoyed some quality time with Kelvin — who she is set to wed on April 4 — at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. The lovebirds took a break from freezing cold Chicago where she is shooting the spin-off to her hit show Empire.   The Oscar-winning actress and retired NFL player arrived at their private ocean view suite where they were welcomed with a Nobu signature cocktail and specially prepared dessert to celebrate the Valentine’s Day weekend. The couple kicked off their lovers’ escape with a romantic boat tour of the famous Cabo San Lucas Arch where they  dined on lobster, oysters and chocolate covered strawberries as they toasted to their upcoming nuptials. After their sunset cruise, the two enjoyed a candlelit dinner at Nobu Restaurant where they dined on signature dishes such as Salmon tartare with caviar, Octopus Tiradito, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, miso black cod and yellowtail sashimi to name a few. Taraji took to her Instagram to show off  her heart shaped strawberry that she fed to her fiancé. The next day the loving couple started their morning with freshly prepared breakfast from Malibu Farm before retreating to the adults only infinity pool. The duo spent the day lounging by the pool with friends and graciously taking photos with fans. Generous Taraji even bought the whole pool a round of cocktails. In the early afternoon they headed to Esencia Spa where they took advantage of the outdoor hydrotherapy garden, experiential shower, cabana jacuzzi and hydrotherapy pool before they went in for their couple’s massage and facials. Kelvin was also spotted working out of the state-of-the-art gym while Taraji was snapping pictures to commemorate her first time at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. • EXCLUSIVE: A mother gave birth to someone else’s babies after an IVF mix-up, a new lawsuit claims. The woman and her husband, from Queens, New York, are suing CHA Fertility Centre, in Los Angeles, after giving birth to children who didn't share their ethnicity. The clinic is run by Dr. Joshua Berger and co-owner Simon Hong. The Asian couple, who are referred to as Y.Z. and A.P. in court documents, married in 2012 and tried relentlessly--both naturally and with medical assistance--to get pregnant. After countless disappointment, the couple visited CHA Fertility Center with the hopes of becoming parents. In January 2018, Dr. Berger and Mr Hong met with the couple and walked them through months-long medicine, vitamin tests, and several procedures to yield eight embryos. In total, the couple says they spent $100,000 on the entire process. In September, the pair were excited after learning female embryos were successfully planted and they were pregnant with twins. Their joy, however, was short-lived when the ultrasound revealed they were instead having twin boys. Dr. Berger dismissed the sonogram and tried to calm their concerns by revealing when his wife was pregnant they were originally having a boy but gave birth to a girl. Y.Z. and A.P's nerves were calmed for a moment, and on March 30, 2019, A.P. delivered the children via C-section and was met with an unspeakable mix-up. The babies were indeed boys but did not share their Asian ethnicity. Even worse, the boys weren't related to one another. Y.Z and A.P. unknowingly were surrogate parents and had to give the children up to their respective parents who were also clients of CHA Fertility Center. The couple was so embarrassed and heartbroken they haven't told their family or close friends. For Y.Z and A.P, the experience has left them with "permanent emotional injuries from which they will not recover," the suit says. The amount they are suing for is also undisclosed. 07 Jul 2019 Pictured: CHA Fertility Center. The ponytailed, freckled-faced redhead captivate audiences when the Hollywood adaptation of the famous book hit our screens in 1988. Pippi, who was played by Tamara Erin, lived in the house called Villa Villekuella with her pet monkey and horse. In the film adapatation, called the New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking, Pippi makes friends with a couple of local children and the group embarks on a series of wild adventures. It became an instant cult classic but received mixed reviews from critics and eventually became a financial failure. While Tamara Erin went on to have a diverse career and finally reignited her fame by releasing a sex tape. In the movie, which is based on the famous Swedish books, the home is supposed to be set in the fictional village of Rocksby but in real life, the house is situated in Old Fernandina Beach, Florida. The 131-year-old home has hardly changed since the movie and is still painted bright green and red. It boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and is spread across is 2,200 square feet, which overlooks the former Spanish fort of San Carlos. It also comes with several historic features including original chandeliers and stained glass windows. • **PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE** Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are seen attending a fundraiser held at Gerard Butler's house for the Malibu Fire Relief in West Hollywood. The couple enjoyed themselves at the charity event. They arrived to Gerard's house at 6:30 P.M. and left at 10:15 P.M. Pizza seemed to be the main course at the fundraiser. Cindy is seen holding a slice of pizza in hand as they leave the house. Butler, Robin Thicke, and Miley Cyrus were among thousands who lost their homes to the blazes, which have killed at least 74 people across the state. Up to a thousand are still unaccounted for. The 300 star invited his A-list friends to his West Hollywood home for the cause, hoping to raise at least $1million for fire relief. Remains of at least 74 people have been recovered so far in California. 71 of the victims are from the Camp Fire around the Sierra foothills hamlet of Paradise and three are from the Woolsey Fire near Los Angeles. Of the dead, 13 victims are yet to be identified. The once picturesque town was home to nearly 27,000 residents before it was largely incinerated by the deadly Camp Fire on the night of November 8. More than a week later, a team of more than 9,000 firefighters have managed to carve containment lines around 45 percent of the blaze's perimeter, up from 35 percent a day earlier. The powerful fire razed through more than 142,000 acres in a little over a week. Nearly 12,000 homes and buildings, including most of the town of Paradise, were incinerated hours after the blaze erupted, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) has said. Thousands of additional structures are still threatened by the Camp Hill fire, and as many as 50,000 people were under evacuation orders at the height of the blaze. 17 Nov 2018 Pictured: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
