  • The son and granddaughter of Robert F Kennedy pose for police mugshots - after they were arrested for allegedly throwing a loud party near the family's historic Cape Cod compound. Matthew 'Max' Kennedy, 52, and his daughter Caroline, 23, were booked for disorderly conduct and a noise violation on Sunday (August 20) in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts. Both were taken into custody and released the same night on their own recognizance. Police busted the loud party at 172 Irvine Avenue after the pair were asked to turn their music down at around 1am on Sunday and allegedly refused to do so. Police also got complaints about fireworks. Matthew was arraigned at Barnstable District court on Monday and has a pre-trial hearing set for November 22. Caroline Kennedy's arraignment has been set for the same date. The noise law they are accused of breaking is punishable by $100 fine and arrest. Matthew is the ninth son of assassinated former New York senator Robert F Kennedy. The arrests come eight months after Matthew's nephew Conor Kennedy (son of RFK Jr) was charged with disorderly conduct after he punched a man outside a nightclub in Aspen. 20 Aug 2017 Pictured: Caroline Kennedy. • EXCLUSIVE: ***NO WEB UNTIL JULY 15th, 16:00 GMT*** Spanish customs and coast guards inspect football star Cristiano Ronaldo's mega yacht in Formentera, Spain. The Real Madrid and Portuguese footballer, who faces a court hearing on July 31 over four counts of alleged tax fraud, was returning to the yacht from a meal onshore with his family when it was boarded by three armed officers. The agents carried out a thorough inspection of the vessel, lasting about an hour and a half, and checked paperwork, according to Hola!, the Spanish celebrity magazine. These photos show the player and his family and friends relaxing on the yacht, aYa London, apparently unconcerned by the inspection around them but putting up an umbrella to shield themselves from photographers. Among the group were Ronaldo's girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, with whom he welcomed twins born via a surrogate in June, and her mother. Ronaldo is reported to be 'angry and hurt' after accusations from the Spanish authorities that he had evaded £12.9million in tax. Spain's prosecutor's office in Madrid said it had filed a lawsuit against Ronaldo for allegedly defrauding Spanish authorities between 2011 and 2014. In a statement, the prosecutor's office said Ronaldo had knowingly used a 'business structure' created in 2010 to hide his income in Spain from his image rights. Ronaldo's agency had previously said he was up to date on his taxes and last month, officials said Ronaldo adjusted his tax declarations and paid an extra £5.2 in 2014. His representatives have so far been unavailable for comment. Ronaldo is the highest paid sporting celebrity in the world according to Forbes, coming out on top with £73m. 12 Jul 2017 Pictured: Ronaldo and his mega yacht. • July 7, 2017 - London, UK - London, UK. 7th July 2017. A cleaner holds up a poster 'No to Nepotism'' at the protest by the Cleaners and Allied Independent Workers Union (CAIWU) outside Facebook's offices in London against the 'Ugly Face of Facebook' calling for the cleaners there to be paid the London Living Wage and for a proper investigation into allegations of racism, bullying and nepotism by the manager on site. There are two redundant levels of management at these offices; rather than employing cleaners directly, Facebook uses the property management company JLL who use Peartree cleaning services to employ the cleaners; money which should go to the workers goes to these unnecessary levels of management and profit. Security staff at the site watched the protest, leading away several people who tried to interfere with it, and CAIWU were thanked for shortening their planned noisy protest to avoid undue interference with a community Mela taking place in the square. Several people from Peartree also came to watch the protest and their commercial director Stuart Conroy came for a brief discussion with the protest organiser Alberto Durango after the protest ended. • Rap mogul Russell Smmons is being sued for $5million by an aspiring film maker who claims he raped her. Jennifer Jarosik alleges she first met the Def Jam founder in 2006 in NYC after they connected over a mutual “love and passion for meditation, yoga and a vegan diet.” Jarosik claims that Simmons agreed to be interviewed for a documentary she was working on and that he agreed to co-produce, finance and assist on the documentary, which was titled “Goddesses” and focused on empowering women. According to documents, obtained by The Blast, Russell Simmons has “historically thrived on the sexual exploitation of young women trying to break into the entertainment and music industry, in which young female artists are falsely promised opportunities and advancement by experienced and well-established men in power in the industry.” Jarosik says she later moved to Los Angeles, and in August 2016 was invited by Simmons to come to his Beverly Hills home. She says upon arriving, Simmons bluntly asked if they could have sex, to which she says she replied “no.” Jarosik says Simmons “got aggressive” and pushed her onto his bed. She claims while trying to keep Simmons away from her, he knocked her off his bed and she hit her head. While still in “shock and fear,” Jarosik claims Simmons “pounced on her” and “proceeded to rape her.” Her attorney, Perry Wander, says “Mr. Simmons practices meditation, yoga and is a long time vegan practicing non violence against animals. So basically he treats animals better than women. The hypocrisy has to stop now.” As if to add one more dig against Simmons … “#TimesUp” is written in bold at the end of several pages of the lawsuit. Simmons, who has denied all allegations of sexual assault and rape, has now been accused of sexual misconduct by 8 different women. 25 Jan 2018 Pictured: Russell Simmons complaint.
