  • Soleil Moon Frye has cause for double celebration after reaching her weight goal of dropping 42lbs — appropriately just in time for her 42nd birthday. The Punky Brewster star, who has four children with her television producer husband Jason Goldberg, showed off the results as she celebrated her birthday poolside with her best friends in Venice Beach, California. Soleil shed the pounds with the help of meal delivery and weight-loss plan Nutrisystem, for which she is an ambassador. The actress, who turned 42 on August 6, was pictured with her best friends taking a dip in the pool, and also enjoyed a spot of spa time, shopping and dining. Soleil joined the Nutrisystem plan in 2015, the year following the birth of her third child, son Lyric Sonny Roads, and turned to the program once again after the birth of her second son, Story, the next year. Along with eating healthily, Soleil — who also has two daughters, Poet Sienna Rose and Jagger Joseph Blue — works out with a trainer so she can focus on toning her body.  She said: ‘After Story was born, I knew I wanted to join Nutrisystem again to help me lose the baby weight since it worked so well the first time. This last year, I’ve been focused on keeping up with my health habits and wanted to get those last few pounds off. ‘I’m excited to say that I am finally at my goal weight of 42 pounds lost! ‘For me, it’s about feeling like my best self and I feel better than now I did in my twenties.’ Talking about juggling four kids with her weight loss goal, Soleil went on: ‘I’m also a busy mom of four beautiful kids and I know I need to lead by example so I’m not going to starve myself in front of them. ‘We love cooking as a family, and being able to teach my kids about food is a great way for me to stay on track, but also show them that mommy is healthy and happy.’  Speaking about her birthday celebration in Los Angeles. • Music mogul Diddy joins Kim Porter's grandma at the memorial gardens where former girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of three of his children, will be laid to rest. Diddy could also be seen having some time away from the crowds to be alone with Kim Porters tomb before bringing the crowds together for a firework display across the waters. Mourners arrived at Evergreen Memorial Park After the funeral service at Cascades Hills Church in the former model’s hometown of Columbus, Georgia. Diddy overcame his grief to deliver a moving eulogy. Others who gave eulogies included Blige, Dallas Austin, Bishop Noel Jones and Porter's son, Usher, actor and singer Quincy Brown. Quincy broke down as he spoke and was joined at the mic by his father, Al B. Sure!, and Diddy. The service was packed with celebrities including best friend Kimora Lee Simmons, Missy Elliot, Lil Kim, Tichina Arnold, NeNe Leakes, Fat Joe, Kandi Burress, Winnie Harlow, Ryan Destiny, Stevie J and more. Porter died after suffering from a bout of pneumonia but her exact cause of death is unknown. She was just 47. Diddy, 49, and Porter were together, off and on, for 10 years, and although they were no longer a couple, they were still close, sharing three children: son Christian, 20, and twin daughters D'Lila Star and Jessie James, who turn 12 next month. They also raised 27-year-old Quincy Brown, Porter's son with singer and record producer Al B. Porter died at her Los Angeles home on Nov. 15. An autopsy was performed the next day but the results were deferred for further testing, which could take weeks. 24 Nov 2018 Pictured: P Diddy, Diddy, Sean Combs. • **PREMIUM EXCLUSIVE** Noah Cyrus attends a fundraiser held at Gerard Butler's home for the Malibu Fire Relief in West Hollywood. Noah was seen leaving Gerard's house with a male companion. Her sister Miley Cyrus lost her Malibu home due to the raging wildfires. Butler, Miley and Robin Thicke, were among thousands who lost their homes to the blazes, which have killed at least 74 people across the state. Up to a thousand are still unaccounted for. The 300 star invited his A-list friends to his West Hollywood home for the cause, hoping to raise at least $1million for fire relief. Remains of at least 74 people have been recovered so far in California. 71 of the victims are from the Camp Fire around the Sierra foothills hamlet of Paradise and three are from the Woolsey Fire near Los Angeles. Of the dead, 13 victims are yet to be identified. The once picturesque town was home to nearly 27,000 residents before it was largely incinerated by the deadly Camp Fire on the night of November 8. More than a week later, a team of more than 9,000 firefighters have managed to carve containment lines around 45 percent of the blaze's perimeter, up from 35 percent a day earlier. The powerful fire razed through more than 142,000 acres in a little over a week. Nearly 12,000 homes and buildings, including most of the town of Paradise, were incinerated hours after the blaze erupted, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) has said. Thousands of additional structures are still threatened by the Camp Hill fire, and as many as 50,000 people were under evacuation orders at the height of the blaze. 17 Nov 2018 Pictured: Noah Cyrus. 17 Nov 2018 Pictured: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. • A Los Angeles Coroner's report says cocaine, methadone, heroin and ecstasy were in Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher's system when she died in December 2016. The coroner's report listed sleep apnea as the primary cause of death with drug intake as a contributing factor. The report stated Fisher's family objected to a full autposy and coroner's investigators had access to limited toxicology specimens. Fisher died on December 27 four days after going into cardiac arrest on a flight arriving at LAX from London. The report states Fisher's assistant was on the plane with her and the assistant reported she was awake and normal at the start of the flight but had "multiple apneic episodes, which was her baseline" during the journey. The report states Fisher may have taken the cocaine as early as three days before the flight. Fisher's mother Debbie Reynolds died the day after her daughter. 19 Jun 2017 Pictured: Los Angeles County Coroner report on Carrie Fisher's death. • A 75-year-old man suffering from a rare disease has grown a Hellboy-like horn on his head. Shyamal Lal Yadav, hailing from Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh in central India, suffered an injury on his head five years ago. Yadav claims that a horn-like structure started developing in the middle of his head after that. Yadav saw several doctors, but ‘all of them looked clueless’. He finally got the horn sliced with the help of a barber. “I thought to myself finally I had got good riddance from the devil’s horn. But my happiness was short-lived,” said Yadav. As feared, the horn started to grow back on his head and he was completely clueless about his next course of action Fortunately, the growth did not cause any physical discomfort or snowball into a medical issue. But, it had certainly made him a laughing stock. He was embarrassed to roam around in public with the unnatural growth on his head. “I kept doing the rounds of hospitals, but nothing happened. Then I asked my barber to cut the horn with the shaving blade. He did manage to cut it off, but the horn grew back in some time at the same spot,” said the ‘real-life Hellboy’. According to Yadav, he travelled to Bhopal (around 170km from Sagar) and Nagpur (around 388km from his home) to consult senior experts, however, had to come back as he could not afford the cost of the operation. The medical fraternity was in a tizzy as they hadn’t witnessed anything like that. His quest finally ended at a private clinic run by Dr. Vishal Gajbhiye in his home town Sagar. Dr. Gajbhiye said,” “The four-inch horn was solid and had sizable thickness.” The physician carried out a CT scan to ensure that the horn wasn’t deep enough to require the intervention of a neurosurgeon. The physician went ahead with the head surgery to remove the horn. After the horn was removed, the surgeons used the skin of Yadav’s forehead to fill up the gap through plastic surgery. Since then, 42 years have been commemorating the Day of the Land by all Palestinians wherever they are. In Amsterdam, a hundred of people gathered in solidarity with Palestinie. During the demonstration some people from the Israel side showed up creating a lot of tension. At some point, there was some fight between the two sides. Dr. Gajbhiye calls it a rare case and claimed t
