  • EXCLUSIVE: ** NO USA TV AND NO USA WEB ** LeBron James is making his already incredible home even more fit for a king ... 'cause the NBA superstar is adding some crazy renovations to his new Brentwood mansion, TMZ Sports has learned. ICYMI -- LBJ bought the 15,846 square foot house back in December for $23 mil ... and it came with a theater room, wine cellar, cigar room with air purifying technology and an onyx bar. But, King James is takin' it even further ... our sources tell us he's adding a basketball court, indoor wine tap (dude LOVES his wine), and is working on the paperwork to get a pizza oven ... while also making changes to the theater and pool. Remember ... this is LBJ's 2nd Brentwood mansion. After all, he spends his offseasons in L.A. working on his entertainment career (and might be here year-round next season, right Laker fans?). We know you're asking ... the renovations will set Bron Bron back at least $70k just for the permits and labor ... so we're guessing the final total wasn't cheap. 26 May 2018 Pictured: Lebron James new brentwood house. • A new automatic passenger drone that could revolutionize the daily commute has completed its first manned flight. California-based company Passenger Drone launched the red aerial vehicle, which has a top speed of 45mph, following months of rigorous testing. Complete with a touch-screen, the drone can be flown manually or at the touch of a button select a destination and the air vehicle takes over. It carries up to two people, is equipped with 16 electric engines and has a flight range of up to 25 minutes. Flight testing of the vertical take off and landing (VTOL) craft started in May before the first manned flight took place in August, footage of which was released this week as part of the official launch. A company spokesman explained: “The social and economic benefits of such a vehicle are numerous. “In cities around the world, traffic congestion costs commuters millions of hours every year and billions of dollars in lost productivity.” According to Passenger Drone, the average travel time to work in the United States is 25.4 minute, representing almost an hour every day. The company adds that the total cost of congestion to all drivers in the U.S. in 2016, including environmental costs, was $300 billion. The spokesman added: “On-demand aviation and manned drones has the potential to radically transform how we get from place to place, and to restore precious lost family and personal time to commuters worldwide. “Overall, the lower cost and improved flexibility provided by aerial drone technology may afford compelling solutions for individuals, businesses or governments worldwide.”. 03 Oct 2017 Pictured: California-based company Passenger Drone has launched a new automatic aerial vehicle that could revolutionize the daily commute. • These artistic impressions reveal the inside of the world’s first luxury space hotel — which is set to go into orbit in two years time. For an out-of-this-world-price of $9.5 million dollars, guests of the Aurora Station will get to see up to 16 sunrises in one day and float in zero gravity while traversing the planet in Low Earth Orbit at a height of around 200 miles, making for stunning views. The space station can host six people at a time, including two crew members for a 12-day space adventure. The space hotel, which has been developed by US-based space technology start-up Orion Span, is set to welcome its first guests in 2022, with the station’s launch set for 2021. Frank Bunger, CEO and founder of Orion Span, said: “Our goal is to make space accessible to all.” The space station — which will be around the size of a private jet at 12 feet wide by 35 feet long — will have fun activities on board including growing food while in orbit and zero gravity ping pong. Guests, who will be able to float throughout the hotel, will also be able to have video chats to friends and family back home via high-speed wireless Internet and will receive a hero’s welcome upon their return. Mr Bunger added: “With customizable private sleeping pods, top-quality space food and luxury design details, Aurora Station is ushering in a new era of space travel, setting the bar higher than ever before.”. 24 Jan 2019 Pictured: Renderings show inside the Aurora Station, the world’s first space hotel, which is set for lift off in 2021. • EXCLUSIVE: Is British tech CEO Scott Borgerson Ghislaine Maxwell’s secret husband? Prosecutors in New York revealed on Wednesday that the jailed heiress was secretly married but refusing to reveal her husband’s name. Though Maxwell— who is accused of helping the late billionaire Jeffrey Epstein target underage girls — didn’t say the name of her mystery spouse, reports suggest it could be Borgerson. Maxwell was linked to the divorced dad last year when it was reported she was living at his oceanfront mansion in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Mass. Borgerson’s shipping technology firm, Cargometrics, was valued at more than $100 million in 2016, according to the London Financial Times. Borgerson is believed to have met Maxwell six years ago through speaking engagements connected to ocean preservation. Pics taken 19 Aug 2019. 16 Jul 2020 Pictured: Scott Borgerson.
