The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (Co-location) Bill is passed in Hong Kong Legco today ,  The 84.4 billion HKD (10.7 billion USD) high-speed rail link , the Co-Location bill has always been in Controversy , Critics say it is a violation of the basic law and but it is not a must to archive max effectiveness but on the other hand the government insisted that the Co-Location bill is a must to achieve the Fast and convince that was promise by the Express rail link . The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (Co-location) Bill allows for passengers to clear both Hong Kong and mainland border checks at a single location, which means mainland laws will be enforced on Hong Kong soil for the first time.
