  • These harrowing photographs show injuries Amber Heard claims she sustained at the hands of her then-husband Johnny Depp after telling him she was going to leave him. The photos — filed at a court in Virginia by Heard’s legal team — form part of a bombshell dossier as a rebuttal to Depp’s $50million defamation lawsuit against his former wife. Graphic images show Amber with facial abrasions, bruises, and clumps of hair missing following an incident which allegedly happened days before Christmas in Los Angeles in December 2015, just nine months after the pair married. In the deposition Amber, 32, claims Depp, 55, attacked her at their Los Angeles penthouse before friends were due to arrive She claims that at one point he dragged her by the hair, onto their marital bed, and beat her while screaming: 'I'll f*****g kill you, you hear me?'  Describing what happened next, Heard claims in the legal document: 'Hoping to avoid the violence, I tried to calm Johnny down, and then went upstairs to try to remove myself from the situation. 'Johnny followed me, hit me in the back of my head, grabbed me by my hair again, got in front of me on the steps, and then dragged me by my hair up the last few steps.  'At the top of stairs, Johnny shoved me twice, which made me fear I would fall. I told Johnny that he had broken my wrist in an attempt to get him to stop. 'Johnny kept hitting me, and each time he knocked me down, I chose to react by simply standing up and looking him in the eye. Johnny responded by yelling: "Oh, you think you’re a f***ing tough guy?" 'He reeled back and head-butted me in my face, bashing my nose, which immediately began bleeding, sending searing pain through my face. I instantly started tearing up, and I thought that I would have to go to the hospital.  'I told Johnny I wanted to leave him, and that I would call the police if he ever touched me again. When I began to walk away toward the guest apartment, he responded by pushing me, then grabbed me a

  • EXCLUSIVE: A COUPLE WHO RESCUED A JACKDAW CHICK DUBBED JAKE NOW FEEL HE THINKS OF THEM AS HIS PARENTS BECAUSE HE’S SO TAME HE EATS FROM THEIR MOUTHS – AND REFUSES TO GO BACK By Magnus News Agency A couple who rescued a wild jackdaw chick now feel he thinks of them as his parents because he’s so tame he eats from their MOUTHS – and refuses to go back to his own kind. Jake the jackdaw was just weeks old and without feathers when he was dropped by a seagull outside Jaime and Adrian Lee’s house in Axminster, Devon, in May. The tiny chick was about to become food for two cats until Adrian, 43, ran out of the house and scooped him up. With two holes in his neck and a damaged leg and wing, Jake’s days looked numbered but thanks to the love and care from Jaime and Adrian he’s now become a very unusual house guest. The perky bird now likes nothing better than collecting remote controls and keys to hide around the house and he enjoys eating Wheat Crunchies and FAB lollies. Jaime and Adrian took advice from vets to help raise Jake and even tried to release him to be back with own kind – but so far Jake has refused to leave. He’s also developed an interest in stealing five, ten and even £20 notes. Jackdaws are part of the corvid bird family, the same as magpies, crows and ravens, and a renowned for their intelligence and problem-solving ability. Housekeeper Jaime, 42, said the couple had spent about £600 on Jake building him perches and a special box outside, as well as feeding him mealworms and crickets. He’s even now the star of his own Facebook page called Jake’s blog. Jaime said when they first rescued Jake they weren’t sure he would survive his injuries. She said: “His first meal was actually a bit of Weetabix which I gave to him with a pipette, then my husband managed to give him some cat food in the afternoon. And by the morning after we rescued him, he was a totally different bird. “He’s so confident now and perky and full of it. We start

  • Johnny Depp has admitted to ‘accidentally’ headbutting Amber Heard during a heated argument at their Los Angeles penthouse back in 2015. Depp made the revelation as he took the stand on the third day of his libel case against The Sun newspaper at the High Court in London on Thursday 9 June. The court was also show photographs of Heard’s purported injuries at the hands of Depp. Last year the photographs of Heard’s injuries were included in a bombshell dossier at Fairfax County Court in Virginia, filed by Heard’s legal team on April 11, 2019, as a rebuttal to Depp’s $50million defamation lawsuit against his former wife. At the time the photos were first released, Depp dismissed the court document as ‘new lies’. In court on Thursday in the London hearing, NGN’s barrister Sasha Wass QC asked why Depp had not mentioned ‘accidentally’ headbutting Ms Heard in his witness statements to the court. Depp replied: ‘Had I read the entire statement after the lawyers had drafted it, I would have found that missing piece. I didn’t read all those things … and I trusted my attorneys had taken my statement and put it on the record.’ Depp reasoned that he used the word ‘headbutt' because that was the way Heard had referred to it. He told the court: ‘I said “I headbutted you in the forehead, that doesn’t break a nose”.’ Ms Wass told the actor that he changed his account of the incident after only ‘very recently’ becoming aware of an audio recording of himself and Heard discussing the incident. But Mr Depp shot back: ‘I believe she took something and stretched it out as far as she possibly could.’ The graphic images show Heard with facial abrasions, bruises, and clumps of hair missing following the incident, which happened just nine months after the pair married. In the Virginia deposition from 2019, Heard claims that at one point Depp dragged her by the hair, onto their marital bed, and beat her while screaming: 'I'll f*****g kill you, y

Andy, who lives with his wife and children, said his biggest reason for returning to the dangerous region last month was to see if the men he spent time with on the front line were still alive. His three-day tour was split into the former front line near Kirkuk on day one, the former ISIS stronghold Mosul on day two, and a last day visiting a refugee camp and interviewing an ISIS wife. They soon informed the police and fire brigade about the accident. The rescue time arrived at short notice, cut the rods off the pillar and managed to rush him to the state-run GT hospital. According to the hospital authorities, the rods had caused penetrating trauma to chest and abdomen, patient was rescued by fire brigade after cutting the 12mm construction iron rods. Dr Jitendra Sankpal, senior surgeon at GT hospital, said: "The patient was conscious when he was brought to the hospital. Two 5-ft-long iron rods pierced his abdomen and chest. However, the man was lucky as the rods did not puncture his lungs or other vital organs. When the patient was brought in, his condition was critical. On inspection, we discovered there were two 12mm iron rods, each 75cm long had penetrated through his chest and upper abdomen. According to the doctors, the first one had entered from right anterior axillary line subcutaneously to the upper side of left chest. Clothes were stuck inside the entry point of rod. The second rod had penetrated from right posterior axillary line through seventh intercostal space to epigastric region. “It was a very difficult operation. The first rod that came out though his chest barely missed the patient’s heart by 1 inch. We started the operation at 10pm and concluded it at 1am. The patient’s vitals are normal and he is out of da

  • EXCLUSIVE: POSTCARD FROM MOSUL, A BRITISH DAD HAS BECOME THE FIRST PERSON TO TAKE A HOLIDAY IN THE RUINS OF ISLAMIC STATE – AND HE’S EVEN INTERVIEWED AN ISIS BRIDE A married British dad has become the first person to take a HOLIDAY in the ruins of the ISLAMIC STATE. Without visas and in constant danger of kidnapping, beatings from militia, and even death, Andy Drury took a £4,000 three-day mini break in what was once Hell on Earth. Dad-of-four Andy, 53, has brought back never-before-seen photographs of the devastated former ISIS Caliphate centre Mosul, in Northern Iraq. And amidst shocking apocalyptic scenes the innocent survivors and their families have spoken to him about trying to rebuild their lives in the rubble. The building firm owner, from Guildford, Surrey, even gained access to an ISIS bride whose husband and two sons are all believed to have fought for the death cult. Andy has spent the last 20 years touring areas of the planet most us don’t dare tread and it’s not the first time he’s been to Iraq. In 2016 he narrowly escaped death after visiting the frontline in Bashiir, south of Kirkuk, where he spent time with Kurdish soldiers fighting ISIS. During that encounter Andy, who doesn’t wear a bulletproof vest or helmet, was shot at by Islamic State but luckily escaped unharmed. Andy said: “I must be the first person to be have been a tourist in the ruins of Islamic State. “My fixer Ammar (not his real name) was right on the front line for the taking back of Mosul, taking reporters in there. “But he said he is more scared with me, with the news reporters he

Andy said: “I must be the first person to be have been a tourist in the ruins of Islamic State. “My fixer Ammar (not his real name) was right on the front line for the taking back of Mosul, taking reporters in there. “But he said he is more scared with me, with the news reporters he
