  • These artistic impressions reveal the inside of the world’s first luxury space hotel — which is set to go into orbit in two years time. For an out-of-this-world-price of $9.5 million dollars, guests of the Aurora Station will get to see up to 16 sunrises in one day and float in zero gravity while traversing the planet in Low Earth Orbit at a height of around 200 miles, making for stunning views. The space station can host six people at a time, including two crew members for a 12-day space adventure. The space hotel, which has been developed by US-based space technology start-up Orion Span, is set to welcome its first guests in 2022, with the station’s launch set for 2021. Frank Bunger, CEO and founder of Orion Span, said: “Our goal is to make space accessible to all.” The space station — which will be around the size of a private jet at 12 feet wide by 35 feet long — will have fun activities on board including growing food while in orbit and zero gravity ping pong. Guests, who will be able to float throughout the hotel, will also be able to have video chats to friends and family back home via high-speed wireless Internet and will receive a hero’s welcome upon their return.   • Rap mogul Russell Smmons is being sued for $5million by an aspiring film maker who claims he raped her. Jennifer Jarosik alleges she first met the Def Jam founder in 2006 in NYC after they connected over a mutual “love and passion for meditation, yoga and a vegan diet.” Jarosik claims that Simmons agreed to be interviewed for a documentary she was working on and that he agreed to co-produce, finance and assist on the documentary, which was titled “Goddesses” and focused on empowering women. According to documents, obtained by The Blast, Russell Simmons has “historically thrived on the sexual exploitation of young women trying to break into the entertainment and music industry, in which young female artists are falsely promised opportunities and advancement by experienced and well-established men in power in the industry.” Jarosik says she later moved to Los Angeles, and in August 2016 was invited by Simmons to come to his Beverly Hills home. She says upon arriving, Simmons bluntly asked if they could have sex, to which she says she replied “no.” Jarosik says Simmons “got aggressive” and pushed her onto his bed. She claims while trying to keep Simmons away from her, he knocked her off his bed and she hit her head. While still in “shock and fear,” Jarosik claims Simmons “pounced on her” and “proceeded to rape her.” Her attorney, Perry Wander, says “Mr. Simmons practices meditation, yoga and is a long time vegan practicing non violence against animals. So basically he treats animals better than women. The hypocrisy has to stop now.” As if to add one more dig against Simmons … “#TimesUp” is written in bold at the end of several pages of the lawsuit. According to the new system, Charles Darwin's theory of evolution is no longer in the new curriculum. The concept of Islamic Jihad enters into the new curriculum at various levels. Economical, political and social representation; women's issues such as violence and gender discrimination are also emphasized in the new curriculum. The new curriculum includes new topics such as internet, technology and game addiction, obesity, and current social issues. Eurasia Tunnel, Maltepe Coastal Park, Osman Gazi Bridge, and Marmaray Project are used as an example for the use of natural habitat in the new geographical curriculum. The July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day is presented to middle school students under an active citizenship lesson. Some subjects in physics and chemistry courses are left to the upper level of the curriculum. And the 42-year-old actress — who as well as starring in the show is also a producer — took the opportunity to use the pretty Monterey, California, backdrop to do a photoshoot to launch the summer campaign for her Draper James clothing line. Reese is seen in a variety of outfits from the collection while on location of the hugely popular twisted drama. Speaking about the shoot, Reese explained: “It was fun to merge my worlds together for a day and I’m excited to give you a sneak peek into my life as an actor, producer and founder and creative director of Draper James.” In several shots, Reese is seen posing by a Bambi Airstream trailer, which appear to be stacked full of shoes.
