  • EXCLUSIVE: Aerial view of country singer Taylor Swift's historic 5601-square foot Northumberland Estate in Nashville, Tennessee. She purchased the 1934 Greek Revival estate, worth an estimated $3 million, in June 2011. It features a 5,600-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Out back there's a pool and a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse. The 28-year-old has a reported net worth of $280 million and huge chunk of that is parked in real estate. Swift owns more than $84 million worth of real estate across the US — eight properties in four different states, to be exact — according to estimates. As well as this country estate in Nashville, she also owns a 3,240-square-foot condo in Nashville's Music Row, which she bought at age 20. Ever the superstar, Swift also spends time in Los Angeles. She sold her Beverly Hills Cape Cod-style cottage of 2,826 square feet for $4 million earlier this year, but she still owns two more residences in the area — at least, for now. Her 2,950-square-foot Beverly Hills home is currently on the market; its value is estimated at $2.85 million. She also has an iconic 1934 Beverly Hills mansion she purchased in September 2015. It was previously home to Hollywood film producer, Samuel Goldwyn.Worth nearly $30 million, it's the most expensive piece of property in her real estate portfolio. Across the coast, Swift owns an estate with seaside views in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, valued at $6.65 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion of 12,000 square feet overlooks 700 feet of shoreline with views of Block Island Sound and Montauk Point. In 2014, Swift put her savvy real estate skills to work, purchasing two adjacent penthouses in a Tribeca building and renovating them into one large duplex penthouse of 8,309 square feet with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It features an expansive kitchen where Swift has baked with her squad, a billiards table, and a sweeping staircase, all at an estimated value of $20.5 mi

  • EXCLUSIVE: ** NO USA TV AND NO USA WEB ** LeBron James is making his already incredible home even more fit for a king ... 'cause the NBA superstar is adding some crazy renovations to his new Brentwood mansion, TMZ Sports has learned. ICYMI -- LBJ bought the 15,846 square foot house back in December for $23 mil ... and it came with a theater room, wine cellar, cigar room with air purifying technology and an onyx bar. But, King James is takin' it even further ... our sources tell us he's adding a basketball court, indoor wine tap (dude LOVES his wine), and is working on the paperwork to get a pizza oven ... while also making changes to the theater and pool. Remember ... this is LBJ's 2nd Brentwood mansion. After all, he spends his offseasons in L.A. working on his entertainment career (and might be here year-round next season, right Laker fans?). We know you're asking ... the renovations will set Bron Bron back at least $70k just for the permits and labor ... so we're guessing the final total wasn't cheap. 26 May 2018 Pictured: Lebron James new brentwood house. • The final home Tupac Sakur lived in before his 1996 murder has hit the market for $2.65 million — and features some of the rapper’s original handiwork. The 6,000 square foot property — located in Woodland Hills in California’s San Fernando Valley — went up for sale recently, and still retains an etching in the concrete in the yard of Tupac’s “Made N****z” lyrics. Tupac rented the six-bed, five-bath house upon his release from prison in 1995 and was in escrow to buy the property when he was shot dead in Las Vegas the following year. The sprawling estate is set over a one-acre plot and nestled up in the hills in a gated community. The current owner, Deanna Jacobsen, has invested around $1 million to update the property, but has kept the original yard etchings intact from Tupac’s opening lyrics: "Outlawz, Let no man separate what we create.” Jacobsen bought the property in 2003 from previous owner, Limp Bizkit's DJ Lethal, who also called it home for four years. Tupac was the first person to live in the property when it was built in 1995 and had planned to buy it outright from music mogul David Weiner The property is being sold by Mark Hermann and Eric Delgado from Keller Williams Realty. 07 Jul 2017 Pictured: Tupac's final home for sale in Woodland Hills, California - study. Sway Tower, in Hampshire, sits resplendent above the village of the same name with commanding views of the English countryside and south coast. The 1880s intricately designed concrete monolith has been in the family of businessman and entrepreneur Paul Atlas and his family for the past 45 years. But now the property, which comes complete with a 60-foot swimming pool and telecommunications income of £35,000 plus a year, is on the market in a once-in-a-lifetime sale. Grandfather-of-four Paul has lived in the 14-floor tower since 1995 with Julie raising their two children. Since they bought it in 1973 for £2,600 the Atlas’s have been busy renovating the structure ensuring that what stands now will last for generations to come. In the mid-90s, with the backing of the local authority and heritage charities, Paul and a team of tradesmen renovated the structure after the storm of 1987 hit the south coast. Over the years the Atlas family has used the tower for a variety of uses; from a very elaborate ‘shed’ when it was first purchased, to a restaurant, hotel and finally to a one-of-a-kind multi-million-pound home. However, if a buyer cannot be found within 45 days, the owners will commence the process of offering the tower as prize with competition property experts WinThis.life Paul, 71, said the tower is anything but an ordinary home and nowadays he restricts climbing the 330 steps to the top to once a month.
