  • The final home Tupac Sakur lived in before his 1996 murder has hit the market for $2.65 million — and features some of the rapper’s original handiwork. The 6,000 square foot property — located in Woodland Hills in California’s San Fernando Valley — went up for sale recently, and still retains an etching in the concrete in the yard of Tupac’s “Made N****z” lyrics. Tupac rented the six-bed, five-bath house upon his release from prison in 1995 and was in escrow to buy the property when he was shot dead in Las Vegas the following year. The sprawling estate is set over a one-acre plot and nestled up in the hills in a gated community. The current owner, Deanna Jacobsen, has invested around $1 million to update the property, but has kept the original yard etchings intact from Tupac’s opening lyrics: "Outlawz, Let no man separate what we create.” Jacobsen bought the property in 2003 from previous owner, Limp Bizkit's DJ Lethal, who also called it home for four years. Tupac was the first person to live in the property when it was built in 1995 and had planned to buy it outright from music mogul David Weiner The property is being sold by Mark Hermann and Eric Delgado from Keller Williams Realty. 07 Jul 2017 Pictured: Tupac's final home for sale in Woodland Hills, California - ensuite. • EXCLUSIVE: A company that makes underground nuclear shelters has now developed a fire bunker in the wake of the devastating California wildfires. California-based Atlas Survival Shelters is offering a range of subterranean airtight shelters that keep out killer carbon monoxide and can withstand temperatures of up to 1600F (870C). The GarNado shelter — which can protect from fire as well as nuclear fallout, earthquakes and tornadoes — starts at $20,000 for a two-person size and goes up to $50,000 for a 25-person model. Bunkers can be installed under the concrete foundations of a home when newly constructed, or sunk into the backyard for existing houses. The Montebello-based company also offers a smaller FireNado shelter, which is designed specifically to store possessions people want to protect in the event of a fire, with prices starting at $7,000. Owner Ron Hubbard said the shelters can buy occupants valuable time in a wildfire scenario and are fitted with either two or three hour fire-rated hatches and an air-tight door, providing enough natural clean air inside for the occupants for that period of time. He urged: ‘If you live in an area threatened by wildfires and want to have a chance of surviving then do something about it. ‘People need to be prepared and we also want to start a new way of thinking when it comes building and rebuilding houses in areas prone to wildfire.’ The Northern California Camp Fire, which began in Butte County earlier this month has so far claimed the lives of 77 people, with 1,000 people still unaccounted for, making it the deadliest wildfire in California history. It is currently 66 per cent contained. Meanwhile the Southern California Woolsey Fire has left three dead and is now 94 per cent contained. All the shelters available are customizable and interiors can be fitted to various specs, including high-end luxury bunkers that come compete with sofas, double beds and kitchens. 20 Nov 2018 Pictured: Atlas Survival Shelters in

07 Jul 2017 Pictured: Tupac's final home for sale in Woodland Hills, California - study. • EXCLUSIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are eyeing-up this stunning Mediterranean-style villa in California’s wealthy Pacific Palisades neighborhood. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom 6,185sqft property is set over 1.2 acres of flat expansive lawns and boasts both unobstructed ocean and mountain views. Complete with all the luxurious trappings — including pool, children’s play area, gourmet chef’s kitchen and home theater — the property is the epitome of indoor-outdoor California living at its finest, and is on the market for $14,950,000. According to sources, the Sussexes are close to signing a deal on the house, which is currently owned by Fast and Furious producer Steven Chasman and his wife Nadia Fares, a French actress. If the purchase goes ahead, the Sussexes will be able to count the likes of Tom Hanks and Ben Affleck as their neighbors. They are also said to be planning to have Meghan’s mother Doria move in with them and baby Archie. A source revealed: ‘Once quarantine and lockdown are over, Harry and Meghan will be moving into their new pad - and they want Doria to be included in these plans. 'She is hugely independent though, and doesn't want to be in their space. She will have her own granny annex.’ The stunning photographs of the property also reveal beautiful interiors, including panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the master suite, providing beautiful ocean views. There is also a grand pergola and modern swimming pool, as well as an outdoor play area for little Archie. Meghan and Harry moved to Canada after stepping down as senior royals earlier this year, but flew to California in March just before the borders closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They are currently believed to be renting a Los Angeles home near to Elton John and David Furnish, who they are said to be in regular contact with. The Pacific Palisades property they are eyeing up initially went on the market back in September and the listing is now held by Steve Sawai
