  • EXCLUSIVE: How about owning your own tropical Caribbean luxury resort for just $10. American couple Suzanne and Dave Smith are selling off their incredible Casa Cayuco Eco Adventure Lodge, in Bocas del Toro, Panama, Central America. But instead of listing their stunning multi-million-pound island getaway for sale they are offering the chance for anyone who buys a $10 ticket to win their extraordinary lifestyle and profitable business. Dave and Suzanne have spent five years turning a former rustic lodge into one that has just been voted number one resort on TripAdvisor in Panama. Their incredible two-acre slice of heaven is bordered by sloth-filled rainforest to the rear and crystal clear coral sea to the front. The lucky winner of the 24-guest resort will become owner of four stand-alone cabins, a main lodge, two lodge suites, and an air-conditioned luxury owner’s suite designed by Dave and Suzanne themselves and built by skilled local carpenters. Outside, Casa Cayuco comes with its own jetty and thatch covered sun terrace as well as everything you need to run a business, including commercial kitchen communication tower, laundry and maintenance building and THREE power boats, each over 23-foot long. Kayaks, snorkelling, spear fishing and paddle boards and surf gear are also ready and waiting to be used by a new owner and guests alike. And if that’s not enough, British competition organisers WinThis.Life https://winthis.life/index.aspx# are offering a $50,000 cash injection to welcome the new owners. All those wishing to take part have to do is buy one or more tickets and play a spot-the-ball-type competition on the website. Entries are being taken extension until April 11. Dave, 35, and Suzanne, 33, first arrived on the island in 2013 with just seven suitcases having decided to sell up from their home and corporate lives near Detroit, Michigan, USA. 16 Feb 2018 Pictured: Pic shows present owner Suzanne and daughter Mina at Caribbean resort Casa Cayuco in Panama

  • August 13, 2017 - Dhaka, Bangladesh - Donald Trump’s fanbase in Dhaka, Bangladesh now has an official hangout spot — a restaurant here which has been named Trump Cafe in the US President’s honour. Saiful Islam, a Bangladeshi entrepreneur and a big fan of Trump, founded the cafe and decided to use the President’s name for his coffee shop in Dhaka. Bringing his idea to fruition was not easy. Saiful had to prove to the authorities that he was the real owner of the business and the President had nothing to do with it. The ‘Trump Cafe’ offers Chinese, Indian and Thai cuisine and other fast food items on its menu. “I did not start the business with any specific thought in mind, just the fact that I am a big fan of US President Donald Trump,” Saiful was quoted as saying..Along with other regular favorites, the cafe also serves some food items inspired by Trump such as the special Trump Cocktail or the Green Apple Mocktail. “My uncle, Kabir Ali, is the manager at a Trump-owned restaurant in the US. It was initially his idea to start a restaurant, and since I am a big fan as well, I wanted to get involved in the venture,” said Saiful. Even though Trump remains unaware of the existence of the restaurant and bears no connection to it, Saiful is happy to be a part of the restaurant named after Trump, the report said..“Many people think he is a joke, but he is an inspiration for me. If you look at his business ventures, you will see that he is quite successful and shrewd at doing business. That is what inspires me,” Saiful said. One of the attractions of the cafe is a Trump cutout that people can take pictures with.Even the cafe’s wifi password is named after a Trump family member, the report said. Despite formally opening more than two months ago, the owners are planning a grand opening within the next two months. (Credit Image: © Azim Khan Ronnie/Pacific Press via ZUMA Wire)

  • February 4, 2018 - London, UK. 4th February 2018. Artist Andrew Cooper points out his sculpture of theheads of Lambeth Councillors responsible for social cleansing to Aysen Dennis from the Aylesbury Estate. Campaigners mark the third anniversary of the announcement by Network Rail of their plans to redevelop the Brixton Arches with a rally and a three minute silence. The area and its small traders who have been displaced (a few are still fighting to remain) has been described as the 'heart of Brixton'. The work was supposed to be completed by 2016 but is only scheduled to start tomorrow, and the Save Brixton Arches campaign are calling for it to be abandoned as the plans for the work fail to include proper fire safety precautions and will severely restrict access by emergency services to local businesses and the railway and station. They also call on Lambeth Council to insist that the conditions of the planning permission that included no adverse effect on the market traders in Brixton Station Road be applied, as the work as planned will produce dust and pollution which will almost certainly force those who prepare food in the area out of business. They also point out that there are no safety measures to protect local businesses, young children in the nearby crèche or the general public from potentially dangerous airborne particles during the removal of asbestos. There was also a call for an investigation into local Labour MP Helen Hayes, elected in 2015, who until she resigned shortly before the election was a senior partner in the firm Allies & Morrison which made the recommendation for the 'improvement' of the arches in 2013, though she has denied any personal involvement. A&M have been involved in many contentious 'regeneration' schemes with developers and councils across London which opponents describe as social cleansing. Scooter showed up to Kanye's listening party in Jackson Hole, Wyoming Thursday night ... and the 2 spent a lot of time together. As we reported, Kanye has made internal changes and wants everything Yeezy-related done in-house. Scooter clearly wasn't going to become exclusive to Kanye so he no longer acts as his manager, but Kanye is relying on Scooter to advise and partner with him on all business decisions and business extensions. Kanye has told record execs he thinks Scooter is a "young David Geffen.". 01 Jun 2018 Pictured: Kanye West and Scooter Braun. Photo credit: TMZ/MEGA TheMegaAgency.com +1 888 505 6342
