Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee is ready to sell his over-the-top Japanese-themed mansion for $1.2 million less than he actually paid for it.
He’s put the extravagant home in Calabasas, California, which comes with a piano-shaped pool, up for sale for $4.6 million.
But that’s considerably less than the $5.8 million he originally splashed out for it in 2007.
The 55-year-old star – who was married to Pamela Anderson – is currently living there with his fiancée Brittany Furlan.
The 12, 258 square foot home comes with a range of rock-star amenities including a full-blown recording studio, a home cinema, an indoor spa, two kitchens, a central atrium with cascading waterfalls and a retractable glass roof.
It also includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library and a wine room.
Tommy has struggled to sell the home after originally putting up for sale last year at $4.995 million before taking it off the market in February.
