Kevin Jonas, the oldest member of the Jonas Brothers, has sold the stunning New Jersey mansion he built himself for $2.25 million
He originally put it up for sale for $2.48 million in last 2016. After the band broke up in 2013, Kevin started his own residential real estate development company, ‘JonasWerner’ which specializes in building custom mansions within commuting distance of Manhattan.
He finished this house in 2016. The huge five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home sits on a little over 2 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac and is packed with high-end amenities.
Inside, there’s a formal dining area complete with a glass-enclosed, restaurant-style wine room.
There’s also a “man cave” with a wet bar, two refrigerators, and a pool table.
The master bedroom boasts a huge walk-in closet with space to fit 100 pairs of shoes, dozens of handbags, and hundreds of other items of clothing.
The basement has been transformed into a home gym and kids’ play area.
