Lovebirds Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have reportedly splashed out $13.45 million on a Beverly Hills mansion.
The couple had bought the contemporary compound in the mountains above Beverly Hills, in an area known as the Beverly Hills Post Office.
Originally built in 1971, the contemporary home was last sold back in 2012 for just $6.3 million to a prominent local development firm who renovated and rebuilt the property before putting it back on the market at $16.9 million in early 2017. Insiders claim records “clearly show” the house was co-purchased by Kylie and Travis – who’ve each got a 50% stake in the property.
The home is extremely private at the end of a hidden cul-de-sac with large walls and tall gates. There’s a state-of-the-art security system. It’s a massive 9680 square foot with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.
There’s a huge living room, a Chef’s kitchen with top-of-the range appliances and centre island. There’s a breakfast area and an additional outdoor breakfast area.
The 2,300 square foot master bedroom suite takes up most of the second floor with a lavish bedroom, his and hers bathrooms, two room-size walk-in closets, dressing rooms and an outdoor balcony.
There’s also a gym, massage room, office, home cinema, library and wine room. Outside, the 1.1-acre lot has a pool with inset spa, formal gardens, three-car garage and a guest house.
Rumoured billionaire Kyle already has a $12 million mansion in Hidden Hills, which she bought more than two years ago
