Fishing On Jimbrana Beach In Bali

Add to Lightbox Download

August 3, 2017 - Kuta, Bali, Indonesia - A man stows his nets on his outrigger canoe on Jimbrana Beach in Kuta. The beach is close to the airport and a short drive from other beaches in southeast Bali. Jimbrana was originally a fishing village with a busy local market. About 25 years ago, developers started building restaurants and hotels along the beach and land prices are rising. The new emphasis on tourism is changing the nature of the area but the fishermen are still busy very early in the morning. (Credit Image: © Jack Kurtz via ZUMA Wire)
