Hollywood heartthrob Ben Affleck has put his 87-Acre getaway in Georgia up for sale for $8.9 million.
The huge estate features three structures all sitting along the North Newport River just off the coast of Georgia.
It’s located on the Hampton Island Preserve which is a 4,000-acre island
The properties are the main Big House, a camp-style Oyster Cottage, and a smaller, more casual Summer House. The ‘Big House’ is an impressive 6,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
There’s also a dining room, a gentlemen’s study and a kitchen which has been built with reclaimed wood.
The ‘Oyster Cottage’ is 10,000 square feet and is described as ideal for a trip for a large family or group.
The camp-style house consists of six bedrooms with bunk beds, which have been salvaged from merchant ships, and three master bedrooms. The ‘Summer House’ is the “perfect spot to have a big cookout and enjoy the sprawling sunsets and scenery of the island.”
It features a full kitchen, a stepped outdoor gathering area, and a screened-in living and dining room with both indoor and outdoor fireplaces. He bought the property for $7.11 million in 2003 with his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez.
Affleck recently splashed out $19.25 million on a mansion in the posh Los Angeles neighbourhood of Pacific Palisades
