EXCLUSIVE: Mischa Barton went completely make-up free as she walked her cute dog, Ziggy, along the trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice, CA. Sitting down outside the 'Kreation Kafe' with a healthy green smoothie the former 'O.C' star didn't look too awake as she rubbed her eyes several times and had a grumpy look on her face. Wearing a bright fluorescent top over a multi coloured sports bra, she matched her top with fluorescent sneakers and black leggings. She was joined by a friend and the shapely 28 year old actress multitasked walking her Pomeranian-Shih Tzu while carrying her purse, phone and with her keys round her neck. She also fashioned a vintage ring on her left wedding finger. There have been recent reports that she might have to foreclose on her $7.1 million Beverly Hills home due to $100,000 in back mortgage payments.
