September 11, 2016 - Mediterranean Sea, Border Libya and Italy, Italy - A rubber boat in distress with 120 people on board is found approximately 23 miles north-east of Tripoli (Libya) on September 11th 2016. Reportage from the rescue vessel Aquarius, operated by the NGOs SOS Méditerranée and Médicins Sans Frontières (MSF), which conducts migrants search and rescue operations in the Mediterranean sea.
