A neighbourhood in Kolkata is cordoned off by the residents to stay isolated from the rest of the city. Corona virus is spreading at a high rate in Kolkata being one of the red zones in the country. According to central government no body can enter or exit the red zone except emergency workers. The localities with major outbreaks of the disease has been marked as red zone or hot spot. The central government's strategy to contain the coronavirus in the second phase of the lockdown includes dividing the districts based on the number of coronavirus cases.
