Thailand: Somchai Wongsawat dismissed on case

August 2, 2017 - Bangkok / Nonthaburi, Bangkok / Nonthaburi, Thailand - Thai Politician supreme court has dismissed a case of Somchai Wongsawat, the former prime minister of Thailand and another 3 companions over accusation of 2008 crackdown orders on People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) also known as yellow shirt protesters. The incident have caused 2 dead and many injured. Court has considered that this protest was not deliver by peaceful and respect to the law. Some protesters has been found weapon carrying.
