The Bank of Economic and Social Development of Venezuela (Bandes), Banco de Venezuela, Banco Bicentenarios and others of smaller size. The measure would be a reprisal for the arrest of Roberto Marrero, head of the office of Juan Guaidó, whom the US recognizes as president of Venezuela.
