Two Kashmiri Origin Indian Political Workers Killed In Kashmir

Local news agency reported that the militants attacked the close aides of NC Member Legislative Assembly for Habba Kadal constituency Shimami Firdous at Karfali Mohalla. The slain were identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Wani and Nazir Ahmed Wani. India has announced local body polls in the region from October 8 but major pro Indian parties Including the NC have decided to boycott the polls over what they term New Delhi's attempt to alter the demography of the disputed Himalyan region .
