South Africa- Cape Town - 04 June 2020 - Minister of Transport in the Western Cape Bonginkosi Madikizela visited Nyanga taxi rank this morning,after several complaints by commuters about taxi drivers who are not adhering to the disaster management act.One of the complaints was that taxis are overloaded.According to the new rules in order to combat the spread of Covid-19,the taxi must loadup 70% but that has not been happening there.photographer:Phando Jikelo/African News Agency(ANA)
