Blank fired ammunition and belt clips on a window frame in a building at Seagram's Farm in Imber village on Salisbury Plain, Wiltshire, where residents were evicted in 1943 to provide an exercise area for US troops preparing to invade Europe. Roads through the MoD controlled village are now open and will close again on Monday August 22.
