Dec. 12, 1971 - Four visiting Heads of State - from Burundi, Somalia, Zambia and Botswana - were with Tanzanian President Julius K. Nyerere in Dar es Salaam's National Stadium at a mamoth military march-post on the tenth anniversary of Tanzania's independence. The military review climaxed more than a week's celebrations.
