August 21, 2017 - Inconnu, inconnu - 21/08/2017 - Here’s a tasty collection of upholstery and soft furnishings – in the shape of fast-food-inspired sofa and hamburger chair..And for garnish there are mouth-watering cushions shaped like slices of pickle and tomato..The Un-Limited Editions fast food furniture is a joint venture between Italian company Seletti and Belgium’s Studio Job..It is said to marry the pop-spirit of the USA, with Seletti’s passion for unconventional projects, and Studio Job’s cheeky creative approach..In the set an open hot dog bun becomes the actual structure of a sofa and it hosts an upholstered sausage..The bun seat is in the shape of a hamburger, with a pickled cucumber armrest and a tomato slice back cushion..The leather and suede creations are on sale after being shown at the Maison and Object show in Paris..A spokesman said the series marks the italian brand’s introduction to the world of upholstered furniture, ''amalgamating Studio Job’s irreverent attitude and penchant for playfulness, with Seletti’s accessible affordability.
