Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are eyeing-up this stunning Mediterranean-style villa in California’s wealthy Pacific Palisades neighborhood, which comes with a $15million price tag.

EXCLUSIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are eyeing-up this stunning Mediterranean-style villa in California’s wealthy Pacific Palisades neighborhood. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom 6,185sqft property is set over 1.2 acres of flat expansive lawns and boasts both unobstructed ocean and mountain views. Complete with all the luxurious trappings — including pool, children’s play area, gourmet chef’s kitchen and home theater — the property is the epitome of indoor-outdoor California living at its finest, and is on the market for $14,950,000. According to sources, the Sussexes are close to signing a deal on the house, which is currently owned by Fast and Furious producer Steven Chasman and his wife Nadia Fares, a French actress. If the purchase goes ahead, the Sussexes will be able to count the likes of Tom Hanks and Ben Affleck as their neighbors. They are also said to be planning to have Meghan’s mother Doria move in with them and baby Archie. A source revealed: ‘Once quarantine and lockdown are over, Harry and Meghan will be moving into their new pad - and they want Doria to be included in these plans. 'She is hugely independent though, and doesn't want to be in their space. She will have her own granny annex.’ The stunning photographs of the property also reveal beautiful interiors, including panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the master suite, providing beautiful ocean views. There is also a grand pergola and modern swimming pool, as well as an outdoor play area for little Archie. Meghan and Harry moved to Canada after stepping down as senior royals earlier this year, but flew to California in March just before the borders closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. They are currently believed to be renting a Los Angeles home near to Elton John and David Furnish, who they are said to be in regular contact with.
