It is a decision against their will since their house got damaged, he is jobless and their daughters' schools are closed for an unknown amount of time forcing many Puerto Ricans to fly to the U.S. after Hurricane Maria, (category 4) passed through Puerto Rico devastating the island leaving residents without power and ways to communicate..
