April 3, 2017 - inconnu - This stunning high-rise home is the world’s tallest house for a single family.The towering 124 foot / 37.8 metre high structure in the US Wild West state of Arizona, is aptly named the Falcon Next.It’s top floor offers incredible panoramic views of the dessert landscape and is now on the market for $1.5million USD / €1.4 million Euros / £1.19 million GBP.The a 576 square metre / 6,200-square-foot home near Thumb Butte in Prescott, Arizona, was designed by Phoenix architect Sukumar Pal.The ten-story home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, glass ceilings and affords views for over 120 miles to the San Francisco Peaks.It also has a hydraulic elevator as well as a unique energy system that cools the home in the summer and heats it during winter. Listing agent Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty said the home was a “ architectural rarity.”He said it was built with holistic living and green techbologies and efficiencies in mind including solar power.It comes with 1.08 acres of land yet is just a 10 miniute fdrive from the nearest town.The central level is a 2,000 square foot / 186 square metre nearly all glass space with two beds, two baths, kitchen, and great room.
