DC United's new ground

EXCLUSIVE: Wayne Rooney is today bound for Washington for talks with MLS side DC United and is set for a medical tomorrow (Thursday). The former England captain is due to travel to the US with his agent, Paul Stretford, for what will be a first proper look at the MLS outfit and its ground. Next month the club move into the soccer-specific Audi Field (capacity 20,000) located at Buzzard Point, close to the Washington Nationals baseball stadium. Rooney is rumoured to be moving into this beautiful home which is up for sale for 5.7 Million dollars it is in the same neighborhood as Ivanka Trump and former President Barack Obama.
