August 21, 2017 - Kathmandu, NP, Nepal - Party Members of CPN (UML) supports by raising hand as the Legislature Parliament failed to endorse the Nepal's Constitution (second amendment) Bill due to lack of two thirds majority on Monday, August 21, 2017.
