July 5, 2018 - Phoenix, Arizona, U.S - High school government and economics teacher Josh Buckley talks about raising money and fixing the the problems caused by budget shortfalls in the statewide education budget as supporters gather to submit petitions to the state for a ballot measure asking for an income tax on higher wage earners to drastically improve funding. Arizona has ranked 49th in the nation for its education system in recent years, as teachers continue to deal with declining facilities conditions, and have to work two jobs in order to survive.
