At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, Expedition 57 crewmembers Alexey Ovchinin of Roscosmos and Nick Hague of NASA wave to reporters Sept. 13 during the first day of their Soyuz qualification exams. They are scheduled to launch Oct. 11 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz MS-10 spacecraft for a six month mission on the International Space Station.
