General Johnson Mogoa Kimani Ondieki who was head of the UN Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations Ambassador Macharia Kamau briefed the press at UN Headquarters in New York City, offering his criticism of the report and announcing the withdrawal of Kenyan troops from the UN peacekeeping mission in South Sudan.
